Zack Lane, student of University of Colorado, Boulder, stood up to ask the president a question at a recent townhall in Colorado. I’ll let you be the judge. Lane says he doesn’t want philosophical arguments or generalities; he just wants a straight answer to his question:
How in the world can a private corporation, providing insurance, competing with a government entity who has no profit to worry about, no worry about property taxes, local regulations, etc. compete with that?
Obama’s answer? I’ll leave that up to you. Can you please tell me what it was? All I heard were philosophical arguments and generalities like Zack asked for. What was Obama’s direct answer to his question?
