Juan Williams on Bill O’Reilly Tonight: A Full Rundown of Events (VIDEO)

Juan came on O’Reilly’s show tonight to give a rundown of what happened between he and NPR. God bless you, Juan, for not backing down. And thank you, Roger Ailes, for giving Juan a more lucrative contract, for an extended period of time, and for a more expanded role on Fox News.

Liberal media loses BIG time, because, as always, regardless of politics, it is CONSERVATIVES who come to the defense of others in free speech matters (see Imus, et. al). NPR, you are shameless in the way you treated Juan. Seriously, it’s now between Juan and his “psychiatrist?” Really? REALLY??

HOORAY JUAN!

Megyn Kelly Battles With CAIR’s Ibrahim Hooper Over Their Cry-Baby Whining to NPR (VIDEO)

CAIR‘S Ibrahim Hooper came on to Megyn Kelly’s “America Live” show today to defend CAIR’s actions they took in response to Juan Williams’ recent comments about Muslims on the O’Reilly Factor. I don’t even think you have to guess who the victor was in this fight, but it was definitely fun to watch.

Here’s a portion of the “Action Alert” item from CAIR’s website:

CAIR Action Alert #625:

Juan Williams says airline passengers in ‘Muslim garb’ make him ‘nervous’

(WASHINGTON, D.C., 10/20/10) — CAIR is calling on American Muslims and other people of conscience to ask National Public Radio (NPR) to address analyst Juan Williams’ statement that airline passengers in “Muslim garb” make him “nervous.”

During an appearance Monday on Fox’s “O’Reilly Factor,” Williams backed Bill O’Reilly’s recent claim that “Muslims killed us on 9/11″ and then said: “[W]hen I get on the plane, I got to tell you, if I see people who are in Muslim garb and I think, you know, they are identifying themselves first and foremost as Muslims, I get worried. I get nervous.”

“NPR should address the fact that one of its news analysts seems to believe that all airline passengers who are perceived to be Muslim can legitimately be viewed as security threats,” said CAIR National Executive Director Nihad Awad. “Such irresponsible and inflammatory comments would not be tolerated if they targeted any other racial, ethnic or religious minority, and they should not pass without action by NPR.”

He noted that media commentators who launch rhetorical attacks on Islam and Muslims normally do not suffer the professional consequences of those who similarly target other racial, ethnic or religious groups.

CONTACT NPR to urge them to address analyst Juan Williams’ statement that airline passengers in “Muslim garb” make him “nervous.”

I wouldn’t want to do battle with Megyn myself; she’s quite the formidable opponent.

Oh, and to reiterate, if you want to write Mr. Hooper at CAIR, he gave his email address on-air as ihooper@cair.com. Write away, write-awayers!

BREAKING: Juan Williams Fired from NPR for Comment About Muslims, & Still Stands By His Words (VIDEO)

NPR fired Juan Williams today after CAIR complained on him regarding comments he made on Bill O’Reilly’s show on Monday regarding political correctness in society. At the heart of the matter was O’Reilly’s appearance on The View, where Whoopi & Joy got their panties in a bunch over a comment that Bill made stating (correctly) that “Muslims killed us” on 9/11 and walked off the set. Juan and Mary Katherine Ham were on O’Reilly’s show to discuss that, and Juan made a very candid admission and he stand beside what he said. I, too, as well as many other Americans, probably feel the exact same way Juan feels.

Juan is no conservative, but even he has free speech rights…ESPECIALLY since NPR is funded by American TAX DOLLARS! That funding needs to end TODAY! And don’t you find it just a teensy bit odd that George Soros recently gave NPR $1.8M to hire 100 journalists? There is no such thing as coincidences; especially when it involves George Soros and the left-wing smear machine.

Behar Implies Fox News Might Not Have Fired an Anti-Semite Anchor (VIDEO)

This week, a lot of you all heard about Rick Sanchez being canned from CNN for calling Jon Stewart a bigot, and saying Jews owned CNN and all the major media companies. Well, this became a topic of discussion on The View this week, Barbara spoke up and said “good for CNN, they fired him and they should have.” This prompted the sea-cow Behar to mutter “I wonder if Fox [News] would have fired him?” Sherri managed to get a brief comment in, but Elisabeth can’t let it go and she asked Joy “what do you mean?” Joy sheepishly replies “I’m just wondering what another network would have done.”

Uh-huh, that’s what I thought Joy. Even some comments and assertions you make are just too much for most folks, and Elisabeth called you out on this one. Would have been a tough argument to make that you think Fox News would have kept an anti-Semite on board. Good job, ‘Lisabeth!

The View Hens on Healthcare Reform “Obamacare” Backlash (VIDEO)

I am at an utter loss for words on this one, however, I will try.

Elisabeth agrees with Joy, who believes that it’s only Republicans committing these alleged “hate crimes” and threats of violence since Obamacare passed. Then it goes to a new level – Joy positing that Sarah Palin‘s “SarahPAC” campaign constitutes instructions for folks to go out and literally shoot Democrats merely by the fact that the map of those seats to go after is marked by “cross-hairs” in the states where these Democrats will run. Joy even said the map looked like an “Al Qaeda Christmas Card” and that is was “unpatriotic.” Elisabeth agrees with her on this? Wow.

Then Whoopi goes even one step further by equating opponents of Obamacare to the 19 hijackers on 9/11. Really Whoopi? She says it’s because people who perpetrate the violence are just following the folks who instruct them to commit those acts of violence…like the talking heads on the radio; and like the ones in caves in Afghanistan who instructed those 19 jihadists to fly planes into the WTC. Wow. Just wow.

Then Whoopi (& Sherri) give a stern warning to the “talking heads” on the radio that if bloodshed occurs, it will be on their heads. The blood will be on their hands, and they will be the ones at fault.

I sat in stunned disbelief watching this segment, but I find it instructive to show others the shallow ignorance of the left.

After the late-breaking news today of VA Rep. Cantor’s campaign office being shot at today, along with voice mail death threats, I’m waiting to see if Whoopi and the crew bring that up tomorrow. I won’t hold my breath on that. The hypocrisy abounds.

NOTE: As an aside, this segment followed one about American Idol, in which Sherri Shepherd sees racism in the show. She notes there are fewer blacks on the show than in previous seasons, so obviously either the judges were racists in picking the finalists, and/or the audience who is VOTING on the contestants are racists. After all, the only black girl on the show was voted off last night, so CLEARLY it’s racism. Riiiiiigghhht. Either suggestion is juvenile. I was completely unaware that Affirmative Action laws apply to reality shows. The truth is, that girl was HORRIBLE on Tuesday’s show! She deserved to go – not because she was black, but because she was awful.
