Injustice On the Border: The Case of Border Patrol Agent Jesus Diaz (VIDEO)

h/t/ Fox News:

Border Patrol Agent Diana Diaz, wife of fellow Border Patrol Agent, Jesus Diaz, talks to Megyn Kelly about the injustice being done to her husband after an arrest he made of a drug smuggler on the Mexican border. They also discuss the impact it has had on their family.

It seems some rookies were on the scene of the apprehension, and they thought Agent Diaz might have roughed up the perp a bit too much. So now, Agent Diaz is sitting in prison, in solitary confinment for two years. I will not say much more about this case, except to speculate that there might be some rookie agents who don’t make it out of their training phase. P.C., indeed. This is inexcusable and just follows along in the footsteps of Agents Ramos and Campeon, to name only a few.

Hey, Mr. Perry…are you listening to this? You better get on this if you want to be on the right side of this situation.

Joy Behar Wants 10% From Juan Williams, and Wants Us to Know NPR Has Been Thoroughly Vetted by Media Matters (VIDEO)

From a partial transcript, h/t Mediaite (I don’t know who did this transcript, but I tried to fix it as much as possible for spelling and punctuation errors.):

Barbara Walters: It’s why I sometimes have trouble here and don’t give my opinion because I’m also with ABC news. If you are a commentator and you’re giving opinions, you’re in one category.

Sherri Sheppard: Is that a pundit?

Walters: You can call it a pundit. If you are giving the news straight, you’re not supposed to give your opinions. Now, that’s changed so much. We’re in a whole other time now. Everybody has an opinion. If you don’t make more noise or scream louder or so on, you don’t get the ratings. So it is a funny blurred line. They said he’s a journalist, he’s a correspondent, and he’s not supposed to give opinions. But when he goes on another cable show like Fox and does it — so it’s a very blurry line. In the meantime, we hope he’ll come on with us and, if nothing else, give Joy and Whoopi 10%.

Sherri Sheppard: Bring your checkbook with you.

Zuhdi Jasser to Juan Williams: “Thank You For Waking Up America” (VIDEO)

On Friday’s O’Reilly Factor, Juan was sitting in for Bill, and one of his guests was Dr. Zuhdi Jasser, founder of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy. Dr. Jasser is to CAIR like Thomas Sowell is to Al Sharpton and his National Action Network. In other words, Dr. Jasser knows how destructive and discredited CAIR is, and how bad they are for the legitimate discussions and debate that NEED to be had in America about the roots of Muslim theo-political ideology.

The story of NPR’s firing of Juan is well known, as is Megyn Kelly’s take-down of CAIR’s Ibrahim Hooper. CAIR and Ibrahim Hooper are just the same kind of race-pimps that we see in Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, NAACP and the like. The more they can keep their people down and dependent, the more they stand to profit. Dr. Jasser and men like Thomas Sowell are so far past the victimhood that is so pervasive in groups like the NAACP and CAIR. It’s refreshing to hear this discourse.

Only good things can come of this now-open dialogue. We cannot assuage our fears of Muslims in traditional garb on airplanes until Muslims themselves begin to admit it’s a Muslim problem and it has to be addressed in their community – fighting the extremists and destroying the Islamic theo-political ideology.

Juan Williams Eviscerates NPR in His OWN Talking Points Memo! (VIDEO)

In case you’ve been on another planet the past couple of days, Juan Williams was recently fired from NPR for “offensive” comments he recently made on Fox News regarding having an uncomfortable fear of seeing Muslims in traditional garb, boarding airplaines he is aboard. Tonight, as promised, Juan Williams sat in for Bill O’Reilly. In Juan’s own “Talking Points Memo,” he took the fabulous opportunity to skewer his critics, most notably, NPR CEO & President, Vivian Schiller, for alluding to the idea that Juan might be “unstable” with her comment about him needing to work out this situation with his “psychiatrist” or his publicist.

Juan then proceeds to point out many other NPR staffers who are STILL in their employ, who have said far worse things than he ever has – only thing is, they denigrated conservatives, so that’s cool with NPR. Juan didn’t tow the liberal company NPR line, so he was tossed out. Oh, well, sucks to be NPR. But for Juan? He has two million reasons to be happy that he has a NEW contract with FNC; an employer who will actually have his back, and not jam him up when it’s politically expedient for the viewers.

Juan Williams on Bill O’Reilly Tonight: A Full Rundown of Events (VIDEO)

Juan came on O’Reilly’s show tonight to give a rundown of what happened between he and NPR. God bless you, Juan, for not backing down. And thank you, Roger Ailes, for giving Juan a more lucrative contract, for an extended period of time, and for a more expanded role on Fox News.

Liberal media loses BIG time, because, as always, regardless of politics, it is CONSERVATIVES who come to the defense of others in free speech matters (see Imus, et. al). NPR, you are shameless in the way you treated Juan. Seriously, it’s now between Juan and his “psychiatrist?” Really? REALLY??

HOORAY JUAN!
