Watch SC Dem. Chair Dick Harpootlian Embarrass Himself on the O’Reilly Factor (VIDEO)

Wow…this was a stunning exchange. I had to rewind it twice to revel in the pwnage handed out by Bill O’Reilly. South Carolina Democrat Party Chair, Dick Harpootlian, was on to clear up for O’Reilly something he said recently about the GOP allegedly being racist by having their S.C. debate on the federal holiday celebrating MLK, Jr. O’Reilly wasn’t quite sure he believed what he’d heard or had been told that Harpootlian said, so that’s why he asked him to come on to clear things up.

As is said in many places, “hilarity ensues” (h/t Mediaite):

Frances Martel does a fabulous write-up about it, and I couldn’t have said it any better, so here it is direct from the Mediaite post:

“Are you offended?” O’Reilly asked Harpootlian, who replied that he was not, but that he found the fact that Republicans had “no outreach to African Americans” a problem “in a state where we have an African-American Republican Congressman.” “Adding insult to injury, this debate ignoring Martin Luther King’s birthday!” he added, which made O’Reilly ask who was ignoring the debate and why. The Republicans, Harpootlian replied, because “no one has raised any issue with Fox about it being appropriate or inappropriate.”

O’Reilly then asked whether there was a reason for this– namely, something that happened in 2008. Harpootlian did not remember what happened in 2008 (a Democratic primary debate on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day) and who sponsored it (the Congressional Black Caucus), which prompted several awkward seconds where Harpootlian was obviously caught flat-footed. With this development, O’Reilly then told him that, “by injecting race into this, you do a disservice.” Harpootlian finally replied, blaming Republicans for injecting race into the matter by calling this “the most important election since 1860.” “We in the South have a little different version of that election,” he noted, suggesting that talking to Southerners in such a way was a sort of dog whistle. O’Reilly disagreed and just asked Harpootlian to give it up, adding, “you’re getting killed here!”

What ‘New Tone?’ Obama Vs. Himself & Other Democrats (VIDEO)

No words are necessary to describe this. Just watch and be repulsed. Yes, O is repetitive, but apparently so must his detractors like myself be, in order to get the message across that the Democrats and their supporters are a bunch of hypocritical fools who do NOT practice what they preach. After I saw Hoffa’s despicable performance yesterday, I had to assemble this montage for you. Watch and fume, watch-and-fumers!

What a load of horse squeeze from the lot of them! Especially from the Union Thugs at today’s Labor Day rally in Detroit, Michigan. And not only did Obama let Hoffa get away with his “take ‘em out” comment, he LAUDED him during his part of the speech, thanking him for his support. What a tool.

Bill Maher Continues His Misogynistic Rants Against Republican Women (VIDEO)

Bill Maher is at it again with a sexist rant against Republican women. LANGUAGE ALERT!

Do you think Maher will ever grow up? Or is he just a frustrated, hate-fille pig with a small penis?

I Now Understand the Left’s Hypocrisy Because It’s Not Hypocrisy – It’s Blind Loyalty

I used to get blue in the face every time I would see some hypocrisy on the left and try to point it out to them. It was like talking to a brick wall. Think Joy Behar. Yeah, that kind of brick wall. That harpie still goes on and on about how many vacations Bush took during his presidency. Does this fool not watch anything else other than her own HLN show and The View? Then I ran across a piece in Mother Jones a while back, written by some Obamabot named Kevin Drum. After reading his piece “Obama, Libya, and Me,” I had a V-8 moment. “AAAaaahhh! I get it now!” It’s not hypocrisy to these tools – it’s BLIND LOYALTY!

Blindfolded

Check out this passage from Mr. Drum’s piece about his thoughts on Obama’s decision to bomb Libya:

So what should I think about this? If it had been my call, I wouldn’t have gone into Libya. But the reason I voted for Obama in 2008 is because I trust his judgment. And not in any merely abstract way, either: I mean that if he and I were in a room and disagreed about some issue on which I had any doubt at all, I’d literally trust his judgment over my own. I think he’s smarter than me, better informed, better able to understand the consequences of his actions, and more farsighted. I voted for him because I trust his judgment, and I still do.

For now, anyway. But I wouldn’t have intervened in Libya and he did. I sure hope his judgment really does turn out to have been better than mine.

Examining the List of Obamacare Waivers

Now, I know I’m late to the game on this, but the recent news about more waivers being granted for Obamacare caused me to dive into it again and have a second and third look. First I was wondering about the connections some of the companies had with democrats or democrat-supporting organizations or people, but then you don’t have to research to find that out for a lot of them; it’s right there in their names: this “Union,” that “Brotherhood,” this “Guild,” etc., etc., etc.

Corner of Hope & Change

I started noticing not who the waivers were granted to, but at the number of employees some of them listed. Aren’t these waivers granted so that the companies/organizations won’t bear an undue burden financially? If you have ZERO or 3 employees, why in the world would you need the waiver?

The HHS has broken the waivers down to separate lists. On the list for “Self-Insured Employers,” it describes the waivers thusly:

“Self-Insured Employers: Approved Applications for Waiver of the Annual Limits Requirements. This is a list of self-insured employers that have received waivers of the annual dollar limit requirements for group health plans offered to their employees.”

So let’s just take a look at a few of these shall we?

Some place called “Maverick County” has 1 enrollee. “Captain Elliot’s Party Boats” has 10 enrollees. “Big Valley Labor PRM Health Plan” has 4 enrollees. “Pacific Risk Management” has 3 enrollees. The “Town of Frisco” has 8 enrollees. It goes on and on.

The next list is for “Health Reimbursement Arrangements,” which is described as this:

“Health Reimbursement Arrangements: Approved Applications for Waiver of the Annual Limits Requirements. Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) are employer-funded group health plans where employees are reimbursed tax-free for qualified medical expenses up to a fixed dollar amount per year, and unused amounts may be rolled over to be used in subsequent years.”
