And I LOVE it how Joe and the rest of the crew just sit there and let it happen… I wonder how hard it was for Joe to stifle his laughter? Oh, to have been a fly on the wall after this segment. And check out the brief glimpse of horror the camera shows on the face of that little girlie man, Jonathan Capehart of the Washington Post.
Now that HAD to leave a mark! Bet she went crying to daddy afterwards… as soon as she called the White House to apologize for their guest’s “behavior,” I’m sure.
What’s the over and under on the chance of Mr. Ferguson ever getting invited back on again? I’ll take those long odds!
UPDATE: After watching the fulll segment on Mediaite, I can see Mika appearing to try and get the taste out of her mouth that was just smacked across it. HAHA… LOVE it!
On second thought, after seeing the whole thing, YOU need to see it too; especially at the end where Mika tries to compose herself. Here it is en toto:
Former Secretary of State, Lawrence Eagleburger, was on with Napolitano today (sitting in for Beck), and Iran was the topic of discussion. Eagleburger had a few choice words for Obama, said he’s a novice at foreign policy and should probably take that advice from his Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton. Eagleburger says Obama thinks he is only speaking for himself, but is forgetting that he speaks for all Americans – and we are SICK of what’s happening to the freedom-seekers in Iran. He should speak out with OUR voice; not his.
After some of the reports today from Iran, I can’t say I disagree with him at all. Obama preens while the Iranians are being thrown off bridges, axed to death, beaten, shot, and probably more than we’ll ever know. Eagleburger says the Mullah theocracy cannot last the new media age, but it will take a long time. He says it’s unfortunate that Iranians have not yet had the full taste of Western freedom, and if they did, they would be even more hungry for it.
Tonight on Special Report, the panel discussed President Obama’s reaction/response to the uprising in Iran over the recent election. As usual, Juan is too deluded to see the truth, but thankfully, Charles Krauthammer and Fred Barnes are on hand to set him straight.
Krauthammer is one of the most intelligent thinkers I have ever studied, and folks would be wise to listen to him more often. Especially NPR’s Juan Williams.
Tonight on Bill O’Reilly, Jon Voight was a guest and he discussed his speech last night given at a Republican fund-raising dinner, and how he believes Obama is really taking this country on a road of disaster. Voight echoed both Hillary and Biden, who both said during the primaries, that Obama is inexperienced and naive, so he wants to know (as do I) how this happened? We all saw Fascism coming; we all saw wealth-spreading coming; we all saw anti-capitalism coming; yet somehow, enough Americans were zombified by the Hopenchange mantra that they voted him into office – 53% did, anyway.
Voight also points out very well that we, as a nation, are now weaker on foreign policy, and he says foes like North Korea and Iran know it.
Jon Voight is a courageous man, and he’s calling it like he sees it. In fact, he’s calling it like MOST of us see it now. We’re on a Pravda-noted “break-neck speed” course to Socialism (except it’s more like fascism). Don’t you just hate it when someone in Hollywood tells the truth? Not you, my fellow realists – I’m speaking to YOU, the kool-aid drinking libs who have over-indulged in the Obama jesus juice.
“The unique present delighted Mr Obama because oak from the Gannet’s sister ship, HMS Resolute, was carved to make a desk that has sat in the Oval Office in the White House since 1880.
Mr Brown also handed over a framed commission for HMS Resolute and a first edition of the seven-volume biography of Churchill by Sir Martin Gilbert.
In addition, Mr Brown and his wife showered gifts on the Obama children giving Sasha and Malia an outfit each from Topshop and six children’s books by British authors which are shortly to be published in America.”
