Author Christopher Horner appeared on the Glenn Beck show today, guest-hosted by Judge Napolitano, to debate the cult of climate change, better known as “Anthropogenic Global Warming.” Pairing Chris Horner with Nancy Skinner was kinda not fair in the first place, but Skinner agreed to be on the show, so she deserved the smackdown she got. I’ve seen Ms. Skinner on many other shows, and I’ve rarely seen her stutter and stammer like she did in this segment.
But then again, when you’re trying to argue the merits and beliefs of the AGW cultists, I guess you just have to wing it when you can. If cultists like Nancy had their way, they’d be happy if the EPA deemed H2O a toxin. Reagan believed the government was the problem, and cultists like Nancy beileve people are the problem; me? I think Reagan was right.
Today, Glenn unraveled the tangled web of deceit that is Goldman Sachs, the climate change pseudo-religion, Al Gore, and the current attempt at financial regulation by the hypocritical politicians in Congress. Remember, don’t look at what THIS hand is doing.. pay attention to the other one.
Folks, this corruption goes wide, deep and long, and we’d all better wake up before it’s too late. I for one don’t want to live under this current regime much longer, but we must stand strong and speak out. This is the ultimate in sleight-of-hand trickery, and we should not fall for it. Tell your neighbors, your friends and family, and make sure we all stay involved.
Now, this was just plain fun. This “fun” part of Glenn is what I love to hear on the radio every day, and he and Stossel camp it up while discussing a serious topic: alleged AGW, a.k.a. “climate change.” They also preview a stupid video shown at the beginning of the Copenhagen sham-dig (as opposed to shin-dig) on how the world can stop climate change. Uh-huh. You know what I call “climate change?” Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter. But I digress.
Well, New York Times’ Paul Krugman (Nobel Prize winner, as George reminds us) says that the hacked emails were taken out of context, and proclaims most people don’t really understand how academic discussions and debates are held.
Yeah, we don’t really understand all that high-falootin’ fancy stuff there, now do we Paul? Is that how you earned your Nobel Prize?
Anyway, George Will finally sets Krugman straight on the impossible ambitions President Obama is purportedly going to agree to – that the United States will lower greenhouse gases to a level equal to that of – what we had in the 1870s. Yeah, that’s gonna happen. /sarc
Then ABC’s Cokey Roberts reveals the true liberal concern; it’s not for the science – it’s for images of those poor, poor polar bears on ice floats. It’s true, I guess, that liberals operate solely on emotion.
