In late May of 2010, Wellesley, Massachusetts public middle school students took a field trip to the Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center – a controversial Saudi-funded mega-mosque run by the Muslim American Society of Bostn. There, the students were separated by gender and the boys were asked to join the Muslim adults in their prayer. Several of the public school boys took part.
How much longer will we allow garbage like this to continue? Can you imagine a public school even THINKING about sending kids to an afternoon Bible School or any kind of Christian Revival? Are you kidding me?
Today on Beck’s show, he was discussing the unrest and panic in Europe over economic issues, as well as troubles that are headed for our own shores (if not here already).
Folks, we are broke. We don’t have any more money. We need to start living within our means, not just in government, but also in our own lives. Now, I know a lot of you are going to slam Beck for asking people to believe in him and believe in God, but I want you to pay attention to the rest of the clip – Glenn is only repeating words of others commenting on the state of the global economic woes we all face.
You cannot tell me that Glenn’s the crazy one any more. Well, yeah you can, but if you’re really sincere, just watch it with objective eyes. Don’t pay attention to Glenn; pay attention to the words of those he quotes, as well as the numbers that are discussed regarding how much countries and economies owe themselves and each other. Unfortunately this Australian comedy duo nails it on the head, but it’s not comedy – it’s stark reality.
This is a flashback of a beautiful and touching story from 2007. You see, this is about a lovely woman named Irena Sendler. Glenn Beck discovered her story, and found her worthy of a special recognition on his show at that time.
To be able to enter the Warsaw Ghetto legally, Irena managed to be issued a pass from Warsaw’s Epidemic Control Department and she visited the Ghetto daily, reestablished contacts and brought food, medicines and clothing. But 5,000 people were dying a month from starvation and disease in the Ghetto, and she decided to help the Jewish children to get out. For Irena Sendler, a young mother herself, persuading parents to part with their children was in itself a horrendous task. Finding families willing to shelter the children, and thereby willing to risk their life if the Nazis ever found out, was also not easy.
Irena Sendler, who wore a star armband as a sign of her solidarity to Jews, began smuggling children out in an ambulance. She recruited at least one person from each of the ten centers of the Social Welfare Department. With their help, she issued hundreds of false documents with forged signatures. Irena Sendler successfully smuggled almost 2,500 Jewish children to safety and gave them temporary new identities.
This stupid video called “Bye Bye, Bushy” was made and distributed on some site called MomLogic. Can you guys on the left just not let this go? You’ve got your Chosen One already, and Bush has left town. Take advice from your own overlord and just ‘MoveOn’! Have you not had enough yet?
