On Special Report last Friday, Bret Baier’s “Grapevine” segment included a piece on Red China being immersed in Obamamania just prior to his arrival, complete with the toys, trinkets and t-shirts bearing Obama’s likeness dressed in Mao gear.
It wasn’t too long before the government stopped the sales, but it was too late – and this bit was just too funny to pass up. So fitting, isn’t it?
Tonight on Special Report, the panel discussed President Obama’s reaction/response to the uprising in Iran over the recent election. As usual, Juan is too deluded to see the truth, but thankfully, Charles Krauthammer and Fred Barnes are on hand to set him straight.
Krauthammer is one of the most intelligent thinkers I have ever studied, and folks would be wise to listen to him more often. Especially NPR’s Juan Williams.
Can the Obama Administration really be thinking this is a good thing? MI Congressman Mike Rogers, who is former FBI himself, said he recently came back from a trip to Afghanistan where he witnessed the FBI reading high-value detainees their MIRANDA WARNINGS! WTF? These are NOT US citizens, and they do not deserve the same rights as do Americans.
What the hell is going on here? What is happening to this country? I gotta tell ya, folks, I wouldn’t want to be in any form of Intelligence Office at this point in time. This crap is getting out of hand!
Tonight on Special Report, MRC’s Brent Bozell was on with Bret Baier to discuss and explain the blatant media bias over this past week between the reporting of abortion doctor Tiller’s killer, and the radical Muslim fanatic who gunned down an Army Recruiter in Arkansas, and injured another soldier. In Little Rock ARK, Army Pvt. William Long was killed by an islamofascist, and it’s now being discovered he had other plans in mind. He also may not be working alone.
Dr. Tiller’s killer was a lone crazed gunman, one that everyone condemned, and the Obama administration came out immediately making a strong statement against that. Attorney General, Eric Holder, immediately ordered more security at select abortion clinics, and there’s been near round-the-clock media outrage over that murder.
Compare that to Pvt. Long’s murder. Hardly anyone but conservative bloggers and Fox News are covering it, and Bret said he could not even get an official statement from the White House about it up to the time of his report tonight. They would only say they issued a non-formal statement to Arkansas media, and only at their request for one.
No sane person can compare these two incidents and say there’s no media (or White House) bias between these two events.
You can count the number of abortion doctors who have been murdered on one hand. Yet the number of innocents and “infidels” killed by radical islamists number in the hundreds of thousands, if not millions.
So, I ask all of you. Can you please explain why the difference in reporting?
