Today on Beck, from the road Beck talked about the recent op-ed in Pravda, Russia’s online publication, about warning the US against Marxism! Here’s a snippet from the piece entitled “American capitalism gone with a whimper:”
“It must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the American descent into Marxism is happening with breath taking speed, against the back drop of a passive, hapless sheeple, excuse me dear reader, I meant people.
“First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture, rather than the classics. Americans know more about their favorite TV dramas then the drama in DC that directly affects their lives. They care more for their “right” to choke down a McDonald’s burger or a Burger King burger than for their constitutional rights. Then they turn around and lecture us about our rights and about our “democracy”. Pride blinds the foolish.
“The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama. His speed in the past three months has been truly impressive. His spending and money printing has been a record setting, not just in America’s short history but in the world. If this keeps up for more than another year, and there is no sign that it will not, America at best will resemble the Wiemar Republic and at worst Zimbabwe.”

Today on America’s Newsroom with Bill & Megyn, they showed a tape that was taken from the celebrations outside the White House.
Last night hundreds of students from George Washington University marched six blocks down Pennsylvania Avenue to shout and cheer at the gates of the White House. They weren’t there thanking President Bush for his years of dedicated, patriotic service to our country…they were there celebrating Obama’s victory…
…well that seems to be the gist of it. As Fox News tells it, Joe Biden was not on the extremely short list until recent events of late in Georgia, with aggression by the Russians. But with Obama’s foreign relations creds (or lack thereof), I guess Obama knew he had to bring someone on board with just such experience.
Barack Obama selected Sen. Joe Biden of Delaware late Friday night to be his vice presidential running mate, according to a Democratic official, balancing his ticket with an older congressional veteran well-versed in foreign policy and defense issues.
Biden, who has twice sought the White House, is a Catholic with blue-collar roots, a generally liberal voting record and a reputation as a long-winded orator.
Across more than 30 years in the Senate, he has served at various times not only as chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, but also as head of the Judiciary Committee, with its jurisdiction over anti-crime legislation, Supreme Court nominees and Constitutional issues.
The official who spoke did so on condition of anonymity, preferring not to pre-empt a text-message announcement the Obama campaign promised for Saturday morning.
Mikheil Saakashvili was on Glenn Beck’s program tonight, and oh how I admire this man. Saakkashvili said something so important and significant, and I think it’s something complacent Americans have no conscious knowledge of. He said America must understand because “freedom is at stake.” No truer words have been spoken, but thanks to the anti-American commie leftists in this country, our own country could experience the same fate as Georgia if we don’t stay on top of the importance of our own geopolitical interests.
We are important to Georgia, but it must never be forgotten that Georgia is very important to us, as well as the rest of the world’s democracies. We better wake the hell up before it’s too late. As I’ve stated before, I fear there is an attempt at the re-emergence of the Soviet Union under the rule of that pussy Putin.
