Beck Calls Out Pelosi – ‘We’ve Filed an FOI On You…We Want the Truth’ (VIDEO)

Today on Glenn’s show, he highlighted as much of today’s Pelosi presser as he could stand, of her talking about what she did or didn’t know about waterboarding and EITs. Beck couldn’t even take the whole thing, and even though he promised to wrap up the segment at the end of the hour, you can tell Glenn clearly left the stage disgusted. The commercials were extended until Brett Baier’s “Special Report” came on. I honestly believe Glenn couldn’t take it anymore…no more Pelosi lies. You can even hear him say “Sheesh!” as he leaves the desk before the commercial break (which I left a bit in the video to prove the point).

She is sickening enough for all of us, folks, and why she keeps being elected to office is beyond me.

Beck on the Insanity of Closing Gitmo (VIDEO)

Today Beck was talking about Obama’s “executive order” that was signed effectively closing Gitmo. He showed a brief clip of himself on an upcoming show with Geraldo this weekend, and apparently it’s going to be pretty entertaining. We all know Geraldo is a liberal bed-wetter and comforter of all things criminal – especially when he views them to be “victims.” Geraldo doesn’t want a border fence, and is also a proponent of closing Gitmo and bringing those islamofascists into American courtrooms and prisons.

Oh, yeah, THAT’S gonna solve a lot of problems! /sarc

Bleeding-heart liberals just don’t get it. Criminals deserve no save-haven, and we should not coddle them when it’s not legally deemed appropriate. Criminal illegal aliens? Geraldo wants blanket amnesty! Kalid Sheikh Mohammed? Geraldo wants to fluff up his pillow, hire a masseuse for him, read him his Miranda warning and give him a “fair trial” in the U.S. judicial system, with discovery and all that jazz. Geraldo actually made the loony argument that cities would LOVE to have the detainees in their cities because it would be an “economic infusion” for those communities! ARE YOU SERIOUSLY KIDDING ME, GERALDO?

Finally a voice of reason, Ret. Lt. Col. Gordon Cucullu, author of “Inside Gitmo, The True Story Behind the Myths of Guantanamo Bay,” came on to talk about the conditions at Gitmo, as well as the negatives of closing Gitmo. I like the Col.’s advice… if we have to put them anywhere in the U.S., we should build the detention facility next to a nuclear waste plant. HA! I say a nuclear waste plant on one side, and a hog rendering farm on the other side. Allah would be most proud. ;-)

Fmr. CIA Bin Laden Chief Speaks on Panetta Pick (VIDEO)

Michael Scheuer, former CIA Bin Laden Task Force Chief, gives his take on Obama’s pick of Leon Panetta as the CIA director. Scheuer reminds us of all the attacks by Al Qaeda prior to and including the WTC attacks on 9/11. It’s easy to say, Scheuer doesn’t think this is a wise pick, like most of the rest of us. In fact, in my mind… it’s a downright scary pick!

On record is supporter and former fellow member of the Iraq Study Group member, Lee Hamilton (D), who says Panetta is a good pick, stating: “He will gear the output of the intelligence agency to the priorities of the president.”

Um, yeah… that’s exactly what a lot of us are afraid of.

Maher Dotes Over Dan Rather (VIDEO)

Dan Blather was on Real Time tonight with Bill Maher. I took all the Maalox I could prior to watching it, but transcribing part of his intervew almost negated the purpose of that. I could only get through this small portion. In this interview, Maher compared Rather to Babe Ruth, and Rather says that his separation from CBS was a “puzzling time” for him. What? How can you say, if you are a true journalist, that you’re puzzled why you would have to leave a news organization for fabricating a false story? Geez-o-Petes!

Bill then started to light in to Fox News (natch), and the conversation turned into Conspiracy 101. Bill was referring to something he read on his “friend’s” blog, Huffington Post:

Bill: From Fox News, an internal memo: “Be on the lookout for any statements from the Iraqi insurgents thrilled at the prospect of a Democratic-controlled Congress.” That strikes me as the opposite of journalism, as looking for the end of the story before you find what the real truth is.

Dan: Well, I think it’s fair to say, Bill – in fact I know it is – that Fox News operates in at least a somewhat different way than every other news organization that I know. They have their talking points, in which somebody in the hierarchy, whether it’s Roger Ailes who runs the place or not; we know they get talking points from the White House. They can say ‘well, we don’t always take those talking points.’ But I can say that it’s pretty clear that they had wished the election had gone another way, and they sought to position their programming which would raise as many questions about it as possible. They may consider that unfair, but I think that’s, by any reasonable objectivity, what they were after; that they wanted to frame the news in a certain way, actually before the news happened. That’s not a crime, that’s not an indictable offense. This is America, they can do what they want to do, but I think that’s the perspective through which one should view it.

Bill: But isn’t the Fourth Estate supposed to be adversarial to the people in power, rather than serving their needs? You saw that show “Path to 9/11,” I think, that ABC ran.

Dan: Well that, speaking of puzzles, that was pretty mysterious of how that came to be and how they handled it. But questioning power and being skeptical of power, whether it’s Democrat, Republican, mudwhamp or what have you, is my kind of journalism. American journalism is wide and deep, and there are a lot of different opinions on how it should be handled, but ideally I haven’t always done this. I can be subjected to criticism myself, on this score, but journalism needs guts, or to the metaphoric, needs “spine.”

Spine, Mr. Rather? Spine is when you admit you screwed up and had your producers make up a story to slam the President just weeks prior to an election. And you are “puzzled” why you had to leave CBS? Somebody with gray hair seriously needs a reality check. Will I be watching Rather on HDNews? Don’t think so. I already have the Sci-Fi Channel for that kind of nonsense.

This is real Twilight Zone times, folks… very scary.

The Jihad – An Historic Look by Oliver North (VIDEOS)

Sorry but I’m just now getting around to editing these videos, but Oliver North’s “War Stories” this past Sunday was unbelievably fantastic! Ollie had a list of first-class luminaries and experts on Islam. They included:

• Imam Karim Abuzaid, Prince George’s (MD) Muslim Association
• Robert Baer, former CIA case officer and author of “Blow the House Down”
• Mark Bowden, investigative journalist and author of “Guests of the Ayatollah: The First Battle in America’s War with Militant Islam”
• Imam Faizul Khan, Islamic Society of the Washington, D.C., Area
• Bernard Lewis, Cleveland E. Dodge professor emeritus of Near Eastern Studies, Princeton University
• Uri Lubrani, former ambassador and head of Israeli Mission to Tehran, Iran
• Oliver “Buck” Revell, former FBI deputy assistant director for Operations
• Michael Rowe, California neighbor of Adam Gadahn
• James Woolsey, former CIA director
• Sgt. Armando Ybarra, USMC (Ret.), U.S. Marine wounded in the 1983 barracks attack in Beirut, Lebanon

Dr. Wafa Sultan

According to the FoxNews website:

As you will see, the jihad being waged goes far beyond terrorists taking hostages, hijacking aircraft and the horror of suicide bombers. Its leaders proclaim independence of any state or government, but employ all of the elements of contemporary warfare: propaganda; financing; logistics; communications; covert operatives; and well-trained soldiers with modern weaponry.

You will learn about the homegrown face of terror: Adam Gadahn also known as Azzam the American. Just how did a California boy raised on a goat farm become a new face in Al Qaeda’s inner circle? Why was the Iranian revolution of 1979 the turning point in today’s modern day jihad?

In an exclusive interview, Vice President Dick Cheney tells North that the War on Terror, “is a war that we can win, but it’s a war that may take 25 or 50 years. It’s a war that we absolutely have to stay at. Only the United States can provide the leadership that the world requires to deal with this threat. If the U.S. doesn’t do it there really isn’t anybody else who can.”

You will also hear from Arthur Cummings, acting FBI deputy assistant director for counterterrorism. Walid Phares and Wafa Sultan spoke to “War Stories” as critics of terror in the name of Islam. Their comments have prompted death threats against them.

Folks, if you missed this special when it aired, be sure to check it out here. There are lessons to be learned here, and the history is laid out piece by piece. I’m also going to be posting the individual segments on YouTube, as well.

For now, you can view each here with part #1, part #2, part #3, part #4, part #5 and part #6.
