Or, alternate title: “Hey dumbass citizen…shut your pie-hole unless you were there for the whole thing.”

This story comes out of Post Falls, Idaho, about an officer-involved shooting of a perp after a high-speed pursuit. The officers involved were cleared of any wrong-doing, and the shooting was deemed justified. From ‘The Spokesman Review:’

Two Post Falls police officers and and Idaho State Police corporal were justified when they shot a fugitive to death in March during a chase that ended in a cul-de-sac in Hayden, authorities concluded this week.

Video from a police cruiser’s dashboard camera released Friday shows Justin Earl Nicholas Todd, 33, strike Idaho State Police Cpl. Michael Thomas Keys with a car before Keys and Post Falls police Officers Aaron Ogle and Bradley Johnson opened fire.

Todd, who died at the scene, was shot 10 times. Johnson fired 16 shots, Ogle fired one and Keys three.

Bonner County Prosecutor Louis Marshall concluded this week that no criminal charges will be filed because the officers’ use of force was lawful.

Absolute insanity! May God be with these victims and the survivors. This is one of the most senseless acts of mass murder that I can recall. These peaceful people have done NOTHING to deserve this.

Last week we spent a lot of time writing about Brett Kimberlin and the incident involving blogger Patterico where someone spoofed his phone number and told 911 he had shot his wife.

Tonight, my family was sitting around the kitchen table eating dinner when sheriffs deputies pulled up in the driveway.

Someone called 911 from my address claiming there had been an accidental shooting.

Hundreds, if not thousands, of us (including me) participated in “Everybody Blog About Brett Kimberlin Day” last Friday, May the 25th, and either Brett Kimberlin is out being active again, or as Jawa reports, it’s a copycat assmaggot. Either way, we must not allow this to frighten us. What would Breitbart do? He’d blog MORE about #BrettKimberlin! Erick Erickson I consider a good friend, so I take this even more personally this time.

It’s time to play, folks.

Brett, you don’t scare me or any of the other legion of bloggers out there willing to tell the truth about you. Weasel.

DUI Suspect Bashes His Own Head Then Spits Blood at Arresting Officers (VIDEO)

If you have ever visited Parrish Medical Center in Titusville, you may have seen anesthesiologist Dr. Zachary Bird.

Bird was arrested Sunday morning. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, he was driving on State Road 417 near Curry Ford Road when he almost hit a trooper.

Troopers said they found $54,000 in cash on him, along with pills and some kind of liquid. The report states that a trooper could smell alcohol on the doctor’s breath and that the tags on his BMW had expired.

A camera in the patrol car recorded Bird beating his head against the car and yelling at the troopers.

“You officers are stealing my money out of my car!”

His head bloodied, he asked to be taken to the hospital. As the camera continues to record the incident, one can hear a trooper say, “He spit on me. He got blood on me.”

Sometimes video cameras can be a very good thing. This fool doesn’t deserve to keep his medical license. What an idiot. Physician, heal thyself!

Just Who is Bobby Rush From Chicago, Illinois? (REPOST)

Due to the recent news surrounding the debacle in Sanford, FL (which I have not written about it because, unlike the mainstream media, I don’t believe I’m qualified to because I haven’t been given all the facts), I am reposting this story from 2008 that I wrote after Bobby Rush was elected to Congress to represent Illinois. Please share this with everyone you know…how did a former Black Panther member ever get elected in the first place?

I just watched a History Channel special this past weekend called “Gangland: Stone to the Bone” about the Blackstone Rangers. It’s all about how the gang life began in Chicago, and chronicles the life and history of the founding member, Jeff Fort.

And just today, Congressman Bobby Rush from Illinois came on TV and warned against the implications of NOT seating a black man in the Illinois Senate seat, which was vacated by Barack Obama. Shortly thereafter, the talk of Rush being a member of the Black Panther Party starting ringing some bells to me, and it drew me back to the History Channel special I had just watched. So, I decided to do a little research.
