Joe the Plumber & Tito the Builder on Huckabee (VIDEO)

Tonight on Huckabee’s show, Joe the Plumber (Joe Wurzelbacher) and Tito the Builder met up in person. They both talked about the 2008 campaign, their views on the American dream, and how they think conservatives (including Sarah) are getting the shaft.

I’m telling you folks, we are seeing the future of the Conservative movement. It may not be specifically these two guys (although I definitely think Joe Wurzelbacher will be a future political force to be reckoned with) who transform our party, but they will be very instrumental in motivating the base to get out there and re-group.

At this moment, our party is lost in the wilderness. It’s going to take some down-to-earth people to bring it back together so we can regain power and restore this shining city on a hill to her original beauty and esteem. America is not lost; we just need the right folks to lead us back to her glory. There is hope after all – we just need to recognize it when we see it and take control.

Joe the Plumber Schools Colmes Yet Again (VIDEO)

Joe Wurzelbacher appeared on Hannity & Colmes again tonight, talking about the election outcome and Obama’s ideas, and he schools Colmes like he did in the past. As with the interview with CNN’s Rick Sanchez, Joe has to remind Alan it’s not about who pays what taxes, government assistance, etc., but it’s about the principles. Alan just can’t seem to grasp that, just as Sanchez could not. It’s amazing to me that an everyday middle-class American citizen can be so disparaged for simply asking a question of a politician, that resulted in quite a controversial response. And that citizen is so courageous to stand his ground, back the candidate of his choice, yet still shows no fear in answering the hard questions asked of him.

The press has really asked tougher questions of Joe Wurzelbach than they have of Barack Obama. I would even venture to say, that we know more about Joe’s life than we do Obama’s.

Colmes tries to spar with him, but I’m afraid he brought an intellectual knife to an intellectual gunfight. Battle at the H&C Corral. I gotta admit this: Joe has really struck a chord in middle America, and I admire him a lot for his tenacity. I also hope that he does make that bid for elected office as he’s talked about in the past – he’d make one fine representative for the people in his district. GO, JOE, GO!

Oh, and stay classy, Alan. By bringing up the fact that Joe has been on welfare in the past, that just makes you look so … um … classy. Classy as in Rick “Dirty” Sanchez ‘classy.’

One final note: Mr. Wurzelbacher announced a new website tonight, one that he formed because of all the recent campaign activities. It’s called Secure Our Dream, and you can check it out here. I look for many good things to come from Joe, and me and my websites will have his back all the way!

Rick ‘Dirty’ Sanchez Plumbs Joe the Plumber (VIDEO)

What a douche. CNN’s Rick Sanchez interviewed Joe Wurzelbacher this week, and really took a combative stance with him. Sanchez insults him tremendously, telling Joe that he could probably never buy a business much less make the income which Obama deems as “rich.” When “Dirty” Sanchez started delving into Joe’s personal life, I wanted to reach through the screen and choke the ever-loving dog-squeeze out of him. I’m sure if he would have been interviewing Joe in person, Joe might have punched him in the mouth.

In fact, I would have enjoyed seeing that myself.

Denny Crane & Alan Explain Politics (VIDEO)

…and now for a bit of comic relief on this stressful day.

Last night, Boston Legal had a great episode, and in this piece, Denny & Alan got into it over who they were going to vote for. There’s also quite a dig against Sarah by Alan. This exchange seems to typify politics in general, as I think you’ll agree.

Sad thing for me, at the end of the episode on the balcony (not in this video), Denny caves and tells Alan he’s “crossed the aisle.” Guess the “mad cow” has finally set in.

I Am Joe (VIDEO)

This is from John McCain’s official website. It’s the intro video to a collection of videos submitted by average everyday Joes and Janes, all of whom have personal stories about why they’re voting McCain-Palin.

You can check out the gallery here. Go ahead… I encourage you, as it will warm your heart.
