Yesterday, Col. David Hunt (Ret.) and Lt. Col. Ralph Peters (Ret.) were on O’Reilly to discuss the mess we are currently experiencing in Afghanistan, with the Quran burning bull**it and four of our military personnel being specifically targeted and killed in retaliation for this nonsense.
I say we cut our losses, leave the place and bomb the place to hell….back to the 9th century (where we found it).
Stephen Baldwin was recently on Hannity to discuss his involvement on the fantastic new movie, “Act of Valor,” and why everyone must see this movie.
I celebrated the Oscars myself by going to see Act of Valor for the 2nd time in its first opening weekend. I implore you… if you have not yet seen this movie, do yourself a favor and go see it soon! You will not be sorry. Both screenings I went to gave standing ovations at the end of the film, and in both theaters, sobbing could be heard at certain moments, as well.
I know, I’m late to the game on this one, but it’s still worth posting nonetheless. Everybody else has posted it all over the web, but some of my readers may not have seen it yet. In that case, this is very much worth seeing. This video is a look at Andy McCarthy’s book, “The Grand Jihad.”

I’ve been stewing on this and stewing on this figuring out the right way to convey how I feel about it, and I’ve been struggling with just the right words to describe my sentiment. I read a fabulous screed by Deebow over at BlackFive, but it wasn’t until I saw the headline in a Weekly Standard piece today that quoted Lt. Col. Allen West (R-FL) on this matter. I couldn’t have said it better myself:
“All these over-emotional pundits and armchair quarterbacks need to chill. Does anyone remember the two Soldiers from the 101st Airborne Division who were beheaded and gutted in Iraq?
“The Marines were wrong. Give them a maximum punishment under field grade level Article 15 (non-judicial punishment), place a General Officer level letter of reprimand in their personnel file, and have them in full dress uniform stand before their Battalion, each personally apologize to God, Country, and Corps videotaped and conclude by singing the full US Marine Corps Hymn without a teleprompter.
Sarah is feeling like me today… sick of the all the left-wing (and some right-wing) hypocrites charges of the Tea Party being “jihadis,” “suicide bombers,” “hobbits,” and “terrorists,” from everyone to the whiney little MSNBC & NY Times’ characters, all the way up to the Vice President. Enough is enough, especially when we were lectured by our Crybaby-In-Chief after the horrible Tucson inicident, that there needed to be a new civility…a “new tone,” as some called it. Yet, who is it that have been the biggest offenders of using this stupid, childisih, and truly insane name-calling when trying to demonize their opponents? The left, of course… trusty “Rules for Radicals” books in-hand.
Having said that, we have had our share of idiocy from some on our side of the aisle. Well, this “hobbit” has also had enough. Enough of opportunists like Romney and all others like him, only coming out to stake their spot when it’s politically expedient. There are a few out there who have “stuck their necks out a mile,” but that list doesn’t include the one person who actually claimed he had. To him, I say “YOU LIE!”
