David Gregory Gets His Clock Cleaned by Benjamin Netanyahu (VIDEO)

…but does he even realize it? I mean seriously, he came off looking so pompous and arrogant that I don’t even think he knows what happened to him. This was DEFINITELY a segment worthy of O’Reilly’s body language expert, Tonya Reiman. As you watch this whole video (I know it’s long, but it’s so worth it), keep an eye on Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu’s body language and see if you don’t see the same thing I did. I would say he’s really offended by Gregory’s lack of knowledge on the Palestinian/Israeli situation, but that would be offensive on MY part because Netanyahu is way too smart to even acknowledge this pleeb and his arguments.

Here’s a portion of the transcript that is particularly telling of the mood:

MR. GREGORY: So I’m, I’m not making a judgment, I, I’m simply kind of reading where we are. Let, let me ask you this question, Israel is arguably as isolated as it’s ever been in the midst of Arab spring. Turkey has turned against you, the Arab world has moved away from dictators who supported Israel, had peace treaties with Israel, and is now more negative towards Israel. In this day and age, at this particular moment, despite Israel’s well-known and substantial security concerns, how can you occupy Palestinian territory at this moment?

PRIME MINISTER NETANYAHU: Well, you’ve got two assumptions in your questions, and I want to parse out and actually suggest that they’re wrong. The first one is that we’re isolated. Well, we’re not isolated in this country, which happens to be the strongest country on earth. I walked yesterday in the–in, in Central Park. You know, people met me. Jewish-Americans, but many non-Jewish-Americans and they said, “Keep the faith. We’re strong. Be strong. We’re with you.” A former lieutenant colonel in the Marines who’s now a teacher met me in a restaurant in New Jersey, great view of the United–of New York City. He said, “We’re with you all the way. Stay strong.” A New York NYPD policeman, he says, “I’m not Jewish. We support you. Stay strong.” America supports Israel in unparalleled way, unprecedented ways, number one.

Number two, you should come with me. You should come with me to Greece or to Bulgaria or to Poland. Or you should see the talks we have with the Dutch, with the Cypriots, and with others. People have a different view. They have a different view. In Italy–many, many countries are coming to realize that our demand that we have direct negotiations and that the Palestinians finally recognize a Jewish state and give this tiny country Israel the security requirements it needs, people are getting around to that. So I would, I would argue, I would challenge the received wisdom you always read it. I think…

MR. GREGORY: Right.

PRIME MINISTER NETANYAHU: …I think we’re very strong…

MR. GREGORY: You’re not worried about being seen–you’re not worried about being seen as out of sync with the times? Even if you’re right, and I know you believe you’re right.

PRIME MINISTER NETANYAHU: Yeah.

MR. GREGORY: Even if history is on your side, as you believe, is it possible in this environment that being right is not enough?

PRIME MINISTER NETANYAHU: No, it’s possible that you insist on the things that make life possible for the Jewish state and make peace possible. You really go to the core of the issue, the core of the conflict. And the core of the conflict is the persistent Palestinian refusal to recognize Israel in any boundary. Get to the truth. I stand on the truth because a peace that is based on lies will crash on the realities of the Middle East.

What a gasbag to tell the Prime Minister of one of our greatest allies that his country is occupying Palestinian territories! Who the hell does Gregory think he is? Oh, wait…I forgot…he’s just another mouthpiece for the network that is wedded to carrying the water for Barack Obama. And as we all know, Obama is not the greatest friend of Israel that has ever occupied 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, so it just stands to reason that Gregory would have that view of Israel.

Mr. Gregory…how long have you been an anti-Semite?

Benjamin Netanyahu Speaks at AIPAC (VIDEOS)

Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu speaks before the AIPAC dinner on May 23, 2011 about relations between Israel and the United States, as well as the Mideast Peace Process.

I don’t know about you all, but Prime Minister Netanyahu knows how to deliver a between-the-lines message, laying down the gauntlet and painting Obama in a corner especially in this speech. I. Absolutely. Love. This. Man.

How Obama REALLY Threw Israel Under the Bus

Everyone is saying that Barack Obama threw Israel under the bus, but they are citing the part of his disastrous Mideast Foreign Policy speech where he says Israel must go back to the pre-1967 borders in order to have peace with Palestine. I contend, however, that it’s the part where he tells Israel she’s on her own! Here’s the portion of the speech I’m referring to, courtesy The Root: (emphasis mine)

“As for security, every state has the right to self-defense, and Israel must be able to defend itself — by itself — against any threat. Provisions must also be robust enough to prevent a resurgence of terrorism to stop the infiltration of weapons and to provide effective border security. The full and phased withdrawal of Israeli military forces should be coordinated with the assumption of Palestinian security responsibility in a sovereign, nonmilitarized state. The duration of this transition period must be agreed, and the effectiveness of security arrangements must be demonstrated.”

Did you read that? “…by itself?” Israel must be strong enough to DEFEND itself BY ITSELF! In other words, ‘hey, Israel, if you have to defend yourself aganist Iran, Syria, Egypt, or whomever else, you will NOT be getting any help from us!’ That’s exactly what he said, and it’s exactly what he meant. What? We can help the Libyans and Syrians, but we won’t help Israel? Are you kidding me?

Every Republican should remember this one stance when we are fighting amongst ourselves over who’s the better GOP nominee to go against Obama. Like Rush has said, I’ll vote for a vending machine before I vote for Obama. So, please people… FOCUS ON WHAT’S IMPORTANT! We MUST take back the White House, if for no other reason than we have to put someone at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue who will reaffirm our friendship and alliance with Israel.

Gene Simmons: Obama Has “No Fuc*ing Idea What the World Is Like” (VIDEO)

Gene Simmons recently appeared on CNBC, talking about Obama’s Mideast Foreign Policy speech; especially as it deals with his take on Israel, and the suggestion they must go back to the pre-1967 borders. Here’s a partial transcript, h/t my buddy Noel Sheppard at Newsbusters:

JANE WELLS, CNBC: What do you think of President Obama’s suggestion that the borders be redrawn pre-67?

GENE SIMMONS, KISS: President Obama, I voted for an idea. What I didn’t realize what I was getting was an idealist. If you’ve never been to the moon, you can’t issue policy about the moon. You have no f—king idea what it’s like on the moon. For a president to be sitting in Washington, D.C., and saying, “Go back to your 67 borders in Israel,” how about you live there and try to defend an indefensible border nine miles wide? On one side you’ve got hundreds of millions of people who hate your guts, on the other side you’ve got the Mediterranean. Unless you control, in Israel, unless you control those Golan Heights, it’s an indefensible position.

It’s a nice idea, when you grow up you find out that life isn’t the way you imagined it, and President Obama means well. I think he’s actually a good guy. He has no f—king idea what the world is like because he doesn’t have to live there.

I grew up loving KISS, and I continue, to this day, to love KISS; especially Gene Simmons. In an episode called “Face Your Demons” of his reality TV show “Family Jewels,” Gene and Shannon went to the Netherlands and visited the Anne Frank House. A description of the episode from the A&E website:

While on tour in Amsterdam, Gene and Shannon spend some quality time with a young fan writing a school report on Gene. Things take a very emotional turn when the subject matter turns from music to his mother and her experiences as a holocaust survivor. After a soul baring tour of Anne Frank’s home, Gene and Shannon meet the boy’s family, which share a common history with Gene’s mom.

Being an Israeli himself, he knows what he’s talking about when he takes it to Obama for his lack of understanding of the plight of Israel.

BREAKING: Hosni Mubarak Resigns

Well, folks, it’s happened. The protesters in Egypt have worn their Dictator President down. Hosni Mubarak has now stepped down, and the military is stepping in temporarily. From The Blaze:

Egypt’s Hosni Mubarak resigned as president and handed control to the military on Friday, bowing down after a historic 18-day wave of pro-democracy demonstrations by hundreds of thousands.

A massive crowd in Cairo’s central Tahrir Square exploded into joy, waving Egyptian flags, and car horns and celebratory shots in the air were heard around the city of 18 million in joy after Vice President Omar Suleiman made the announcement on national TV just after nightfall.

“In these grave circumstances that the country is passing through, President Hosni Mubarak has decided to leave his position as president of the republic,” a grim-looking Suleiman said. “He has mandated the Armed Forces Supreme Council to run the state. God is our protector and succor.”

Nobel Peace laureate Mohammed ElBaradei, whose young suporters were among the organizers of the protest movement, told The Associated Press, “This is the greatest day of my life.”

“The country has been liberated after decades of repression,“ he said adding that he expects a ”beautiful” transition of power.

The report comes a day after an American intelligence official told Congress there was a “strong likelihood” Mubarak would step down yesterday. That report was discredited when Mubarak appeared on TV and said he would not be stepping down.

I feel something very very evil about to happen. I’m not saying Mubarak was a prince, but this is the Catch-22 in which we found ourselves. Now there’s a power vacuum, and with the dolts in the current Administration who think the Muslim Brotherhood is a “secular” organizatioin which “eschews violence,” there’s no telling what’s going to happen. This is really just a wait-and-see….but pray for the best. But most of all, pray for Israel.
