Recently on the Discovery Channel, they had a special on the takedown of the Somali Pirates who boarded the American-flagged ship, Maersk Alabama, and took Capt. Richard Phillips hostage for four days. This documentary included some re-enactments, but mostly some brand new, never-before seen footage taken from the USS Bainbridge and the USS Halliburton, of the lifeboat from which the pirates sought safe passage and negotitation – but oh, how misguided they were.
This just proves ones thing – don’t MESS with the Navy SEALs, and furthermore DO NOT MESS with America…PERIOD!

This weekend on Fox News, UCLA Professor and Iranian Scholar, Ali Salehi, was on to discuss how Iranian protesters are desperate for Obama to speak out on their behalf. Salehi, who has former students and family in Iran, says that the protesters even have a name for Obama: “Ubama,” (sp?)and that it means “he’s with us.” They think of Obama as their president. *ahem* (can we give him to them?)
I wonder if Obama will decide not to meddle any more? Kind of strange, considering he was oh-so-ready to meddle in the Honduras elections today. Hypocrisy indeed.
Does this guy have some massive brass ones or what? He is asked about Iran’s elections, and in his own egotistical way, he harkens back to his Cairo speech to take credit for Middle East ‘dialogue’ and ‘hope’ for the future of relations with Iran.
Can the Obama Administration really be thinking this is a good thing? MI Congressman Mike Rogers, who is former FBI himself, said he recently came back from a trip to Afghanistan where he witnessed the FBI reading high-value detainees their MIRANDA WARNINGS! WTF? These are NOT US citizens, and they do not deserve the same rights as do Americans.
What the hell is going on here? What is happening to this country? I gotta tell ya, folks, I wouldn’t want to be in any form of Intelligence Office at this point in time. This crap is getting out of hand!
Tonight on Bill O’Reilly, Jon Voight was a guest and he discussed his speech last night given at a Republican fund-raising dinner, and how he believes Obama is really taking this country on a road of disaster. Voight echoed both Hillary and Biden, who both said during the primaries, that Obama is inexperienced and naive, so he wants to know (as do I) how this happened? We all saw Fascism coming; we all saw wealth-spreading coming; we all saw anti-capitalism coming; yet somehow, enough Americans were zombified by the Hopenchange mantra that they voted him into office – 53% did, anyway.
Voight also points out very well that we, as a nation, are now weaker on foreign policy, and he says foes like North Korea and Iran know it.
Jon Voight is a courageous man, and he’s calling it like he sees it. In fact, he’s calling it like MOST of us see it now. We’re on a Pravda-noted “break-neck speed” course to Socialism (except it’s more like fascism). Don’t you just hate it when someone in Hollywood tells the truth? Not you, my fellow realists – I’m speaking to YOU, the kool-aid drinking libs who have over-indulged in the Obama jesus juice.
You have been fooled, and the rest of the country is paying the price. In fact, your grandchildren and GREAT grandchildren will be paying the price long after we’re gone. I hope you’re proud of yourselves.
