Yet Another Police Officer Killed by a Criminal Illegal Alien (VIDEO)

h/t The Blaze:

Early Sunday morning in Houston, Texas, police officer Kevin Will was working a traffic stop on the side of the highway when a drunk driver struck and killed him. Officer Will leaves behind a pregnant wife and two children.

HPD Chief Charles McClelland says that Kevin Will also died a hero. Just seconds before he was struck and killed by Johoan Rodriguez’s car, Officer Will pushed another man out of the way. KTRH spoke to the Chief:

“The man heard the impact before he hit the ground,” says McClelland. “But he credits Officer Will with giving him the prior warning of yelling ‘Get out of the way!’ it actually saved his life.”

The tragedy of Officer Kevin Will’s death is compounded by the fact that his killer, Johoan Rodriguez is an illegal immigrant who had twice been deported, only to find his way back into the country. Will is also the sixth consecutive HPD officer to be shot or killed in the line of duty by an illegal immigrant.

Perhaps DNC head Debbie Wasserman Schultz needs to rethink her belief that “undocumented immigrants” are not criminals. The Florida congresswoman has stated that undocumented immigrants (like like the twice-deported Johaon Rodriguez), are “part of the backbone of our economy and not only a reality, but a necessity…” I‘m pretty certain that officer Will’s seven-month pregnant widow and his two children would disagree with Ms. Wasserman-Schultz.

Donations to help officer Will’s family are being accepted by the 100 Club (a Houston organization that provides support for the families of police and firefighters killed in the line of duty.)

When will this insanity stop? What part of “illegal” don’t you fools understand? CLOSE. THE. BORDER. NOW. !!!!!

Illegals in GA Protest New Anti-Illegal Immigration Law, HB 87 (VIDEO)

The State of Georgia recently joined Arizona and Utah in the fight against illegal immigration in our respective states. If the Federal Government won’t do their job, then the States have no choice but to protect ourselves with appropriate legislation. From 11Alive News:

The first segment of this piece is focused on illegal immigrants who are bitching and moaning about having to pay out-of-state tuition, which is part of the construct of HB 87. They briefly interview a female illegal immigrant student who laments that college is not going to be as affordable as she’d like. Since when the hell did education become a right? And you all have the NERVE to equate your struggles with “Brown vs. Board of Education?” Seriously? The new GA law is not requiring separate schools for illegal Mexicans and whites; it’s only enforcing the dang Federal laws that already exist.

What part of “illegal” are you guys not understanding? Why do you think you have a right to anything? You’re here in the country ILLEGALLY, so why are you expecting the red carpet to be rolled out for you? Out-of-state tuition should be the LEAST of your complaints. You should be happy your asses aren’t in JAIL!

Now to address the second segment in the video: the “sanctuary” businesses who are supporting the illegal criminal invaders under this guise of compassion. “Somos Georgia” is a group that needs to be exposed, and for all the businesses who participate in this nonsense need to understand that their “sanctuary” policies will garner them the opposite attention than what they want – can you say “boycott?”

I, for one, am going to spread the word about these businesses, and if me or any of my friends happen to come across any of them with their stupid signs in the window, we’ll spread the word about them and encourage all of our friends to do the same. The initial list from their website contains the following participating businesses/groups:

“BuySpots and Sanctuary Zones”

* Charis Books and More, 1189 Euclid Avenue Northeast, Atlanta, GA, 404.524.0304
* Radial Cafe, 1530 DeKalb Avenue, Suite G, Atlanta, GA, 404.659.6594
* Daily Point Cafe. 100 Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA, 678.235.2460
* Anatolia Cafe and Hookah Lounge, 52 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA, 404.584.3008
* Mediterranean Grill, 950 Monroe Drive, Atlanta, GA, 404.917.1100
* Trinity United Methodist Church, 265 Washington Street Southwest, Atlanta, GA, 404.659.6236
* Jalapeno Joe’s, 4484 Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway, F203, Hiram, GA, 770.943.8660
* MondoHomo Queer Music and Arts Festival
* Antonio Ruiz Handyman Service, 401 Chisom Trail, Bonair, GA, 478.319.4061
* Manuela Medina, individual
* Gentle Spirit Christian Church, 601 West Ponce de Leon Avenue, Decatur, GA

* Queer Justice League, Atlanta, GA
* Castleberry Communications, Inc., Atlanta, GA, 404.323.1813

If you know any of these businesses or see them as you go along your daily way, please pop in and let them know you will NOT be supporting them with either your money or your business, and that you will be telling all your friends to do the same.

This instanity has to stop, and it starts with each one of us standing up for what’s right, and what’s right, is the rule of law; not enabling or coddling lawlessness.

GA Joins Arizona and Utah, and Passes One of the Nation’s Toughest Immigration Laws

Well, now we’ve gone and done it. Georgia is joining other front-running states getting serious about criminal illegal invaders coming across the Mexican border. We now join Arizona and Utah who both have their own stringent anti-illegal immigration laws on the books.

Illegals Crossing

And, as expected, we got a bit of “celebrity” outrage expressed this weekend in Atlanta. Apparently Carlos Santana has his thong in a bunch over this new law, as well as Arizona’s. He was at the Braves-Phillies game, and used this opportunity to admonish us both, saying “The people of Arizona, and the people of Atlanta, Georgia, you should be ashamed of yourselves.” Of course this event was baseball’s annual Civil Rights game, so that explains Carlos’ attendance, I guess. But we should be ashamed of ourselves why, Carlos? For trying to enforce the laws that the Federal government won’t? Do we not have the right to try and protect our own State here in Georgia, Carlos?

Here’s the breakdown of the new legislation and the dates the provisions of Georgia House Bill 87 will take effect, from the AJC:

Beginning July 1st of this year:

  • Local and state police will be empowered to arrest illegal immigrants and take them to state and federal jails.
  • People who use fake identification to get a job in Georgia could face up to 15 years in prison and up to $250,000 in fines.
  • People who — while committing another crime — knowingly transport or harbor illegal immigrants or encourage them to come to Georgia could face penalties. First-time offenders would face imprisonment for up to 12 months and up to $1,000 in fines.
  • A seven-member Immigration Enforcement Review Board will be established to investigate complaints about local and state government officials not enforcing state immigration-related laws.
  • Government officials who violate state laws requiring cities, counties and state government agencies to use E-Verify could face fines up to $10,000 and removal from office.
  • The state Agriculture Department will be directed to study the possibility of creating Georgia’s own guest-worker program. Some Georgia employers have complained the federal government’s guest-worker program is too burdensome and expensive.

Provisions that take effect January 1st, 2012:

  • State and local government agencies must start requiring people who apply for public benefits — such as food stamps, housing assistance and business licenses — to provide at least one “secure and verifiable” document, which could be a state or federally issued form of identification. Consular matriculation cards will not be accepted. The state attorney general’s office is required to post a list of acceptable documents on its website by Aug. 1.

Additionally:

Georgia businesses will be required to use the federal E-Verify program to determine whether their new hires are eligible to work legally in the United States. Businesses with 500 or more employees must start complying with this provision Jan. 1. Businesses with 100 or more employees but fewer than 500 must start complying with this provision July 1, 2012. This requirement applies to businesses with between 11 and 99 employees starting July 1, 2013. Businesses with 10 or fewer employees are exempt.

Carlos is just the first of what I’m sure will be a long line of race-pimps of all colors, trying to tell us here in Georgia how to manage our own state. This will become another cause celebre for all the usual suspects, but I hope we can keep Lady GaGa out of Georgia. We don’t need her nasty self opining either. Hopefully many other states will get busy and get on with the business at hand in handling this criminal illegal invasion, because obviously this is one area “Daddy Government” doesn’t want to get involved in. It’s time to TCB, folks.

By the way… Thank you, Governor Deal. I’m glad I supported and voted for you. GOOD JOB!

Pima County Sheriff Says AZ Has Become ‘Mecca for Prejudice and Bigotry’ (VIDEO)

On the heels of the mass murder and shooting at a Tucson “Congress on Your Corner” event with Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, which left 6 dead and twelve injured, Democrat Sheriff of Pima County, AZ, Clarence Dupnik blames Jared Loughner’s mass slaughter on “vitriolic rhetoric” coming from talk radio. He says that we must all remember that psychos like Loughner are more susceptible to this vitriol coming from the “radio business” and the “TV business,” and its message about “tearing down the government.” (Read = Tea Party, Talk Radio, and Fox News)

Huh?

He also says that all members of Congress, and really all elected officials, face a threat at some point or the other in their careers due to the contentious nature of the laws and bills passed, legislative decisions made, and that unfortunately, Arizona has become the “mecca for prejudice and bigotry” since S.B. 1070 passed. Since when is it the Pima County Sheriff’s countenance to deem what is socially right or wrong, especially when it’s spoken in ignorance of the law? And Sheriff Dupnik might want to reserve his judgment until all is discovered about this case, considering some of Jared’s favorite reads include “Mein Kampf” and “The Communist Manifesto.” Yeah… a real right-wing extremist, for sure.

The only video he has listed as a “favorite” on his YouTube channel is called “America: Your Last Memory In A Terrorist Country!” which features someone in disguise, burning an American flag, all to the tune of “Let the Bodies Hit the Floor” by Drowning Pool. In this video, there’s also an inserted comment that calls local police “cult leaders.” Yeah, real big Tea Party ideology going on there. /sarc

Methinks clearer heads need to prevail, and NOBODY needs to be calling up the political meme about this horrible tragedy. Now is not the time to be left or right, Democrat or Republican – but just plain ol’ American. I’m up for that…if only we can convince the left to play along, as well.

Jon Voight & Mayor Rudy Giuliani on Huckabee Reflecting on 9/11 & the State of our Country (VIDEOS)

It’s always a treat when Jon Voight visits the set of Huckabee. He tells it like it is, and his prose is always on point.

America’s mayor, Rudy Giuliani comes on, and they discuss the current state of affairs of this country under the leadership *cough* of President Obama. In short? It’s not a good outlook, and we need to make changes BEFORE 2012 if we are going to save this country.
