Last Sunday on Geraldo at Large, FL Democrat congresswoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz was on, and Geraldo asked her what she thought of Sarah Palin’s meteoric rise with her new book. What’s Debbie’s take? It’s like watching a train wreck. Yeah, that’s it. People only rubberneck because Sarah’s a train wreck. She’s not smart, she’s not qualified; she’s just a train wreck.
Hey, Debbie…where’s YOUR New York Times best-seller book? Just askin’.
Yes, you read it correctly… Hitler wasn’t a evil mastermind or just plain evil. What was he? According to Geraldo, it could be considered that Adolf Hitler was a mere common criminal murderer. Nothing more.
This past weekend on Geraldo’s show, Ann Coulter, Jeanine Pirro and Joe Piscopo appeared to discuss the Attorney General’s decision to move KSM and his 9/11 co-conspirators to NYC for a trial in civilian federal courts. Even Piscopo sided with Pirro and Coulter; this idea is insane.
Then comes the real surreality – Geraldo said he agreed with Holder’s decision, stating all the 9/11 terrorists did was commit 3,000+ murders. Then Ann pondered if he would feel the same about Hitler, to which Geraldo gave a stunning response: yes, he could be. WTF?
I’ve thought in the past that Geraldo was smoking crack, but this response has proven he’s smoking SOMETHING.
Here we go again. Geraldo talks about the border, but says that it would be an absolute waste to send the National Guard down there. And shock of all shocks, Weasley Clark agrees with him. Have neither of these idiots been watching TV lately? Beheadings, 6,000 murders LAST YEAR alone south of our border, kidnappings of Americans, drug cartels moving into Phoenix…??? And if I’m not mistaking his tone, Geraldo and Clark actually sound like they’re blaming AMERICA for this garbage!!! WTF?
Ah, yes.. that’s the answer. Let’s BAN AUTOMATIC weapons. Surely the criminals and thugs will be so disheartened to learn they can no longer go to the gun store to get an AK47 anymore. /sarc
(Like they ever get them there in the first place.)
Okay so this wasn’t the brawl that I thought it would be, but Glenn made some damn good points. Geraldo, a usual, comes off as the pompous, holier-than-thou, liberal bedwetting windbag that he is. Now we know that Glenn has already made a plea to find out who among us wants a federal detention center built in our communities to house these detainees. Remember, it was Geraldo that said communities would LOVE this “economic infusion.” Yeah, right.
Finally, Geraldo takes a cue from Glenn and he himself asks his own viewers to write him if they would like this new prison in their town. Everybody ready to write? Let’s get to it. Write Glenn Beck here, and write Geraldo here. Let them know how you feel!
Today Beck was talking about Obama’s “executive order” that was signed effectively closing Gitmo. He showed a brief clip of himself on an upcoming show with Geraldo this weekend, and apparently it’s going to be pretty entertaining. We all know Geraldo is a liberal bed-wetter and comforter of all things criminal – especially when he views them to be “victims.” Geraldo doesn’t want a border fence, and is also a proponent of closing Gitmo and bringing those islamofascists into American courtrooms and prisons.
Oh, yeah, THAT’S gonna solve a lot of problems! /sarc
Bleeding-heart liberals just don’t get it. Criminals deserve no save-haven, and we should not coddle them when it’s not legally deemed appropriate. Criminal illegal aliens? Geraldo wants blanket amnesty! Kalid Sheikh Mohammed? Geraldo wants to fluff up his pillow, hire a masseuse for him, read him his Miranda warning and give him a “fair trial” in the U.S. judicial system, with discovery and all that jazz. Geraldo actually made the loony argument that cities would LOVE to have the detainees in their cities because it would be an “economic infusion” for those communities! ARE YOU SERIOUSLY KIDDING ME, GERALDO?
Finally a voice of reason, Ret. Lt. Col. Gordon Cucullu, author of “Inside Gitmo, The True Story Behind the Myths of Guantanamo Bay,” came on to talk about the conditions at Gitmo, as well as the negatives of closing Gitmo. I like the Col.’s advice… if we have to put them anywhere in the U.S., we should build the detention facility next to a nuclear waste plant. HA! I say a nuclear waste plant on one side, and a hog rendering farm on the other side. Allah would be most proud.
