Folks, after tonight’s SC debate, I URGE all South Carolinians to PLEASE vote for Fred Thompson in the primary!!!! Here’s just one short exchange to further my point. He’s got the fire in the belly we’ve been waiting for.
We need a leader like Fred to take us into the future. He may not be the next Reagan, but frankly, there will never be another Reagan. But we can hope for and choose someone just as good – like Fred D. Thompson.
As the caucus goes on, I’m not dashed in my hopes for a President Fred Dalton Thompson. I’m with Fred all the way. Some say he’s got no “fire in the belly,” but I don’t think that’s a good litmus test. Sometimes cool and calm is what it takes, and from what I’ve read about, learned about and heard about Fred, he’s the man for me. I’m not caving to anyone else. Fred has what it takes to be the next President of the United States of America.
I am a dedicated Fred-Head. GO FRED!
Tonight on H&C, Fred Thompson was on for a couple of segments. If this guy is NOT the answer to our needs, then we need to take a harder look at who’s up to bat now. BREITBART.TV: When people talk about you … “does he really want it†— I think it’s pretty fair to say, there are people who have looked at your career and say he isn’t the most aggressive, out there, lay it on the line, 100 miles an hour after the goal kind of guy. I guess you can’t casually run for President.
FRED THOMPSON: No and I’ve never casually run for anything. I don’t spend a lot of time dealing with that. I’m kind of a laid back guy in most respects. I’m not going to argue the extent or the location of the fire in my belly. I would just point out I have never lost an election and I’ve never come within 20 points — no one’s ever come within 20 points of me. I’ve always led the ticket. You know, little things like that.
He still has my vote. I’m anxiously awaiting his official announcement, and I will commit 150% of my spare time to work for his campaign. Run, Fred Run!
Fred Dalton Thompson is the coveted invited guest before the Balboa Bay Club & Resort, when others have tried and failed. After watching the Republican debate last night, seeing Thompson tonight just endears me more and more to him and his ideals. Illegal immigration, Islamofascists, pourous borders and ports, aliens, radical Muslims, etc., make Fred stand out more than ever. Fred loves America, and so do I.
