Beck Answers His Critics (VIDEOS)

Yesterday on Beck’s show, he responded to some of the critics about him and his show, and him calling for us all to stand up and be heard! Oh, yeah, that’s really controversial. Specifically he was referring to Bill Maher and Keith Olbermann on HBO’s Real Time last Friday, and he answers their small and petty complaints quite succinctly.

Why are those morons afraid of someone who has a measly little 5PM cable show? Hmmm… I wonder.

Maher Calls Out Glenn Beck As Crazy Who Could Incite the McVeighs of America (VIDEO)

Wow… just wow. Watching Real Time with Bill Maher tonight was a real trip. Guests were self-admitted socialist, Bernie Sanders (I)-VT; Andrew Ross Sorkin of the New York Times; Kerry Washington, Actress/Activist; and Keith Olbermann of MSNBC. We all know him well, don’t we?

The panel took on everyone you can imagine; nobody was safe from their wrath. They went after Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Rupert Murdoch, Roger Ailes, Fox News in general, Bernie Goldberg, and basically anyone else who is right of their beliefs.

Maher and Olbermann said that people like Rush and Beck could provoke people like Tim McVeigh to do violence, and they blame Roger Ailes and Rupert Murdoch for even hiring Beck. Maher said he worries about those “bitter clingers to their guns” that Obama spoke of in San Francisco.

Folks, I really wanted to transcribe this, but it would take me hours to do it – I just need to get this out there. So, here are just some thoughts that came across from the panel:

Maher: Right-wingers are more dangerous when they’re out of power. Glenn Beck is so powerful, or else he wouldn’t give him the time of day. He’s a kook and a creep, and has a wild imagination.

Maher: Tim McVeigh said it was this type of talking (Beck’s) that made him blow up the building in Oklahoma City.

Sorkin: Beck talked about FEMA concentration camps, so he’s nuts.

Olbermann: The guy who shot the pastor in the church in Tennessee said he did so because he was unable to kill all the liberals listed in Bernie Goldberg’s book.

Olbermann: Said he’s got nothing on Howard Beale compared to that guy (Beck). He’s a Father Codling (?) but with a crew cut. He (Beck) doesn’t even know what he’s saying.

Washington: If his crying and passion are not authentic, she wants to meet his acting coach.

Maher: Who is responsible are Roger Ailes & Rupert Murdoch, for putting Glenn Beck on the air.

Maher: Obama was right about right-wingers who are bitter and cling to their guns.

Washington: Beck is like a conservative Jerry Springer.

Washington: I love Pelosi because she got Republicans to vote for the 90% tax on AIG execs.

Sanders: The function of Fox is to divert attention away from the real issues and to get middle class people dealing with different issues. What Fox does is scare conservatives about the 2nd Amendment, which is totally unfounded.

Olbermann: Michael Wolf (bio of Murdoch) said there is no moral code guiding Fox – it’s all about how much money Murdoch could make, and that if they could turn 100% liberal and make money, Murdoch would do it in a heartbeat. Although Olby said he would never compromise his beliefs if he could make more money working for a conservative network (i.e., he can’t be bought). He says he knows this from personal experience that there are a couple of these guys at Fox News who are just salesmen, would go to the other side just for money, but says he would not himself. He said he already worked for them once, but it was just a bunch of crap. He said he has personally talked to Sean Hannity and noted Hannity said “isn’t this crazy that people think we’re enemies, but it’s just TV?” Keith says he just shrugged it off and that he’s never said anything on air he didn’t believe in. He said Beck doesn’t know what he believes in.

Sanders: The postive side of the economic disaster is people are really seeing the greed of the “ruling class” of the elite rich.

Olbermann: It is a nation about corporations and that we have to “roll back many of their liberties” (direct quote!) and reign them in.

Excuse me… “roll back many of their liberties?” ROLL BACK THEIR LIBERTIES? O.M.F.G.

Red Eye Greg-alogue On Defeatocrats (VIDEO)

Recently on Red Eye, Greg Gutfeld did a brilliant Greg-alogue on the pu**y left who have always cheered for our military’s defeat and the failure of George W. Bush. Gutfeld is right on about the obvious hypocrisy. He did this on the heels of Andrew Breitbart’s recent appearance on Real Time with uber-lefty, Bill Maher.

Now, can anybody really say that what Greg said was not absolutely true? I don’t think so.

Brigitte Gabriel on Real Time With Bill Maher (VIDEO)

Last Friday on the season premier of Maher’s gutter-snipe show “Real Time,” he had Brigitte Gabriel on to talk about the recent case of the Muslim Buffalo, NY broadcaster who beheaded his wife because she asked for a divorce.

According to JihadWatch:

Muzzammil Hassan founded Bridges TV in order to improve the image of American Muslims. He ended up beheading his wife in the Bridges TV offices.

Now Faizan Haq says, bizarrely: “I think of Aasiya as a martyr. She has given her life to protect the image of American Muslims. And as an American Muslim community, we owe it to her not to let this happen again.”

Look Maher can be as flippant as he wants, but there is no excuse (nor a moral equivalence) for any person, man or woman, to commit this kind of heinous act. But leave it to Bill Maher to find a way for humor in this tragedy. How inappropriate can one person be?

(Un-huh…wanted to improve the image of American Muslims? Could have done it in some other way other than a beheading. Hypocritical? Absolutely)

Janeane Garofalo: Neuroscience Proves Republicans Aren’t Well Adjusted (VIDEO)

From Lynn Davidson at Newsbusters:

According to the former Air America radio host, a conservative starts out an “asshole,” and the politics come later. She asserted, “The reason a person is a conservative republican (sic) is because something is wrong with them…It really is neuroscience.”

In this February 12 interview with the environmentalist celebrity blog Ecorazzi, Garofalo also claimed the “irrational” emotion center of the brain, the limbic system, is what creates conservatives (text reformatted, profanity edited, all bold mine):

The reason a person is a conservative republican is because something is wrong with them. Again, that’s science – that’s neuroscience. You cannot be well adjusted, open-minded, pluralistic, enlightened and be a republican. It’s counter-intuitive. And they revel in their anti-intellectualism. They revel in their cruelty.

I don’t know if you heard me talking to Jenny a while ago, but I was saying that first you have to be an asshole and then comes the conservatism. You gotta be a dick to cleave onto their ideology…

Sarah Palin didn’t escape Garofalo’s ire either. She said Palin is “small-minded and mean-spirited” and “is what the Republican Party has become: obstructionist, contrarians, small-minded, all of these things (sic).”

Garofalo raved that “[t]here’s definitely something wrong” with Palin, and she’s successful with some Americans “because she represents that lesser segment of the country. It’s about people’s lesser nature…”

Stay classy, Janeane… stay classy. And to the “24″ producers: You’ve made a VERY big mistake with this choice. Was it your plan for Janeane’s character to look like she hadn’t taken a shower or washed her hair for a month? What about that red star tattoo on her right hand? There were so many other actors you could have chosen, but this one?

When I see her, I can only remember back to that one appearance of hers on Real Time with Bill Maher, where she was obviously tweaking. If anyone can look at this video and honestly tell me you think she is not on drugs, then you should get out more.
