Last night on Geraldo, Ann Coulter, Alberto Gonzales and Tavis Smiley were on to discuss the validity of the Gitmo detainees. As usual, cocky Geraldo gets his clock cleaned, even though he tries to make Alberto & Ann sound like they lose the argument.
Well, isn’t this as much fun as a fight between a pit bull and a poodle? I was quite amused watching this tonight. I hope you, too, get the same feeling as did I. Is it anyone else but me that thinks Joy is flummoxed by Ann’s vocabulary and historical references? Joy tries flippantly to laugh things off, but she’s not too convincing. She even, at times, seems nervous…dare I say scared?
Here ya go, folks. Enjoy!
There was no contest here. Even Joy’s “comedic” skills were like a dull bowling alley shoe compared to Ann’s Marine high-gloss dress shoe; I could see my reflection in Ann, but looking at Joy all I could see was swamp water. Heh.
And there’s a HILARIOUS P.S. to this Larry King appearance.
Today on The View, Whoopi prompted Joy to promote her guesting for Larry tonight, and Barbara asked Joy about Ann “Are you going to take her on?”, to which Joy replied “When you’re sitting for Larry, you’re objective more or less. I don’t give my opinion as much on that show. So I’m perfectly capable of being neutral, but I will question her. Seriously I can!”
Even Whoopi rolled her eyes at THAT one. And as you can see by the previous videos, she was anything but objective. But then again, who expects liberals to keep their word? What a concept…someone keeping their word.
Tonight on Hannity, Ann Coulter was on to discuss the latest events in the news, including Rush Limbaugh, Gov. Blago, the stimulus package and much more. Ann pretends to jealous of Rush and Sean’s media coverage lately, seeing as how she’s the one with the new book!
Ah, Ann’s a good sport… she doesn’t NEED any more of that; her books sell quite nicely.
Anyway, it’s always fun to see her on TV. Still, nobody has been able to top her appearance on Dr. Phil. I really liked that one a lot, and anxiously await her to take Dr. Phil up on his offer for another show on single mothers.
Today on Dr. Phil, the subject was “President Obama – Hope Vs. Reality.” Ann Coulter, Alan Colmes, and Scott McClellan were guests. I was absolutely SHOCKED by the warm reception Ann got from Dr. Phil’s audience, especially since they’re in California. Having said that, Dr. Phil is a good ‘ol Texas boy, who probably has the same values and Constitutional values as does Ann. I was delighted to see the positive response.
Scott McClellan looked absolutely frightened – Ann seemed not to want to pounce on him, for fear of offending Dr. Phil (southern manners do apply), but she was ticked at Scott nonetheless. That was VERY evident! Alan was even a good sport, and I enjoyed seeing the 4 of them discuss these issues together. Dr. Phil asked Ann, at the end, if she would come back and discuss the subject of unwed mothers, because, as he said, she has a mountain of evidence and statistics on this subject, and how it has brought ruin to our society. I have a feeling Dr. Phil is a kindred spirit in the conservative world.
This was quite a find, ladies and gentlemen. I’m so glad I caught it. I’m looking forward to Ann’s next appearance on Dr. Phil, and you can look forward to seeing that here, as well.
Boy, this was a fun one! Ann was a guest this morning on Fox News’ Red Eye, and host Greg Gutfeld asked her about her experience with the harpies on The View this week. Not one to disappoint, Ann comes through with flying colors. I can only hope that Joy Blowhard (er, ah BEHAR) or Baba Walters see this video.
I agreed especially with one point Gutfeld made – that Elisabeth must have felt overjoyed to have someone else to take up the shield and defend conservative principles against the liberal bed-wetting bitches on the show. GO, ANN GO!
