Today, Eric Bolling was sitting in for Glenn Beck, and he had on Ann Coulter & Andrew Breitbart to discuss the current war on terror situation, and all I can say is it was classic Coulter & Breitbart. No further commentary needed on my part.

Or so says Tamara Holder, defense attorney. On the O’Reilly show last night, guest-hosted by Eric Bolling, Tamara was on and embarassed herself thoroughly in front of the entire country; and simultaneously made our enemies hopeful. You see, Tamara said that Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab could not POSSIBLY be called an “enemy combatant,” because after all, Obama said so.
Tamara says that ‘Teh One’ officially “dispelled” that term in March of 2009. She proclaimed “there IS no word ‘enemy combatant’ – I don’t know why Hoekstra and Candice Miller and all these people are saying that he’s an enemy combatant. There is no such term in America anymore. Obama dispelled of that.”
She goes on further to say “he is a terrorist, he committed a terrorist act, he was not on the battlefield. He is supposed to be tried and convicted in America.”
Enter retired CIA Senior Operations Officer, Gary Berntsen. He looks stunned at what this neophyte has been spewing about Abdulmutallab and his “rights.” He reminds her quite succinctly that yes, Virginia, the term “enemy combatant” does still exist (whether Obummer admits it or not), as it is part of the Geneva Convention.
Wow… I’ve never seen one person so badly humiliated on TV as Ms. Holder was. All I can say is, ‘hey, all you criminals out there… here’s the woman you want as your next defense attorney.’ Seriously, how dumb can one person be? If the previous was not proof enough, she further insists it’s right for this case to be tried in the American justice system because it’s “swift.” LOL @ Tamara. Again, criminals…for a good time in court, call Ms. Holder.
By the way, Tamara…you get awfully tongue-tied when you say Abdulmutallab almost blew off his “proper area.” What grade are you in, if I may ask? Quite a stunning display of naivete.
This evening during the Special Report panel, fill-in host Chris Wallace got word via his producers that Fox News had confirmed Christmas bomber, Farouk Abdulmutallab has been being tracked by the CIA since this past August! WTF? Janet, this is how “The System Worked?” The system FAILED, or you weren’t listening at all.
Epic FAIL for Obama, too, considering his 2nd speech today on the matter indicates only now after “new” info is discovered does he now believe we were spared a “catastrophic breach” event. Excuse me? New info? How did you not know, Obummer, about Abdulmutallab if your CIA has been tracking him since last August? Again, EPIC FAIL. No worries, Barack…just go right back to your golf game.
Time to fire Janet Incompetano and NOW! As usual, Krauthammer delivers a fierce scorching, as do A.B. Stoddard and Fred Barnes. And after all this, believe it or not, the 7 o’clock hour news reveals that this “new” information will NOT alter the plans to close Gitmo.
Huh? Are you freakin’ kidding me? Sure, why not!?!? Let’s send all the Yemenis back to Yemen, so they can go through their own re-education camp and learn NEW fighting tools, since they plan to attack us again. Nice job, Barry… keep it up and we may survive till the 2010 elections. Chump!

“This (State Dept.) employee says that despite statements from the Obama Administration, such information was flagged and given higher priority during the Bush Administration, but that since the changeover “we are encouraged to not create the appearance that we are profiling or targeting Muslims. I think career employees were uncomfortable with the Bush procedures and policies and were relieved to not have to live under them any longer.
“…the State Department source says at that time Abdulmutallab was not on a watch list and traveled to Houston on that visa without incident. A year later, in May 2009, his application for a student visa to return to Britain was rejected because the college Abdulmutallab claimed he would attend was “bogus,” and that red flag was shared with U.S. State Department, Homeland Security Department, U.S. Justice Department, and almost certainly U.S. intelligence agencies.
“The State source says that several schools, particularly those with ties to the British Muslim community, have come under tighter scrutiny over the past five years, and when foreign nationals with Muslim backgrounds apply to those schools, it is red flag for British security offices.
“I’m not saying that this kind of screw up might not have happened in the Bush Administration,” the State source says, referring to the Christmas Day snafu. “I’m just saying that a number of us were encouraged to have a different mindset about such intel and such individuals, and today, we are encouraged not to have that same mindset.”
We. Are. Screwed.
Another passenger, Daniel Huisinga, on NW Airlines flight 253 on Christmas day was on Greta’s show tonight, and he corroborated Kurt Haskell’s account of a 2nd Muslim man being arrested. He also details the account of the bomb-sniffing dog alerting on this other suspect’s luggage, and the FBI advising him also that the area they were in was dangerous.
As I’ve said before, “Heckuva job, Jannie.”
Aw, yeah. You all knew this one was coming. Charles Krauthammer got in a one-two punch, and Steve Hayes gave his own roundabout punch over this epic FAIL of the Obama administration on fighting terrorism and, specifically, their response to the NW airlines attack by Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab.

Today on Cavuto, Rep. Candice Miller (R-MI) was on to talk about the recent Christmas-day attempt at blowing up a NW Airlines flight. She said it’s time to talk about reality instead of trying to be popular in the world, and reminds us all that the threat of terrorism is still so very real.
There is even word today that not only is Al Quaeda claiming responsibility for this attack, but Al Qaeda planners behind the Christmas plot were also former Gitmo detainees who were repatriated to Yemen, and what did they do? This new plot, and probably more. This is just another example of why Gitmo needs to remain open – and even MORE reason why we need to treat this scumbag as an enemy combatant; not a criminal in civilian courts.
Heck, the dirtbag is already confessing to what he’s done, saying there are more just like him. They’re only sitting, waiting and plotting more ways to attack the United States. How much more to DHS head Janet “Incompetano” Napolitano and Barry Obama need to learn? This sack of $hit needs to be taken immediately out of the Michigan hospital state-of-the-art burn center and immediately delivered to the front steps of Gitmo. Forget about the skin grafts! Slap some salve in those burn wounds, top it off with a bandaid, and send him on his way.
The Obama administration had better start treating this Islamic jihadist global problem as it is, instead of affording these pukes Constitutional rights, or there will be more bloodshed and bombing of airliners. We need to stop being REactive and instead be more PROactive. And yes, that also includes profiling of Muslims.
Don’t like it? Don’t fly. I for one would rather go through extra screenings if it meant I would arrive to my destination in one piece, as opposed to a million little pieces of flesh in the ocean or over an American city.
In unrelated news, Obama left the golf course in damn-near pursuit mode after a family friend was injured at the beach about an hour after his 3-day-late press conference on the Christmas bombing attempt.
