Former Planned Parenthood Dir. Abby Johnson With Huckabee on Why She’s Now Pro-Life (VIDEO)

Heartbreaking…just heartbreaking. That’s all I can say. If we continue to consider human life AT ANY stage is worthless, we will continue to devalue our own humanity.

Former Planned Parenthood Director, Abby Johnson, appeared on the Huckabee show this weekend to talk about her transformation from a pro-choice advocate to a pro-life advocate. It all started when she first was called in to assist on an abortion, and she saw on the ultrasound the actual crumbling of an innocent life. She has turned that experience into her new quest to expose what abortion REALLY is; the extermination of a living being.

God bless you, Abby…thank you for your voice and experience. May God continue to bless you and those you seek to protect.

Sunday Shows Roundup (VIDEOS)

First up, we have Joe Lieberman on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace, fielding a question about the Healthcare Reform Act that passed the House last night. Does Joe like the public option? Not so much.

Next, on ABC’s “This Week,” George had both party leaders on, Tim Kaine and Michael Steele, to discuss various issues facing the country. Healthcare, the gubernatorial votes last Tuesday, the 2010 election, among a host of other things. Watch for the moment Kaine grabs Steele’s wrist, and Steele has to pull it off. This was the equivalent of verbal fisticuffs. I’m sure they like each other, but they are definitely at political war with each other.

Next, on the This Week roundtable this weekend, it was quite entertaining. The democrats would do well to listen to Dr. Luntz on his polling. Also note how Donna Brazile said the addition of denying federal funding for abortions to the healthcare bill that passed the house last night equates (to her) the straight-out “outlawing” of abortions. Excuse me? Since when did federal funding equate with downright outlawing of anything?

George Will holds his own, as usual, and Sam Donaldson portrays himself as the ultimate partisan hack we’ve always known him to be.

And finally, leave it to RINO and PC expert, Lindsey Graham, to say that we should not jump to any conclusions about the Ft. Hood killer. Nah, in fact, Graham proclaims to Bob Sheiffer on Face the Nation today that Maj. Hasan’s actions do NOT reflect on the Islamic religion.

Hey, dumbass… tell that to those who reported Hasan screaming “ALLAHU AKBAR” prior to opening fire on the 13 people he killed, and near 40 that he wounded. Nooo… look away, now. Nothing to see here. Nothing related to Islam or Muslims.

Sen. Graham, do you not understand why you have lost so much support from conservatives? Your political correctness, along with the rest of the nation’s, with be the death-blow to this country. Shame on you for making excused for this Islamic goon.

Graham, if you grow a pair, you might have a chance of being re-elected. Otherwise, count on retiring very soon and being sent to the boneyard of RINOs who’ve gone before you.

Behar: Abortion An Easy Decision For Some; Profit From It is Immoral, However (VIDEO)

November 4, 2009 Abortion, The View, Video View Comments

On The View yesterday, abortion came up as a topic. As most of you know, Sherri & Elisabeth are both people of faith. Joy & Barbara are just heathens.

The topic came up because a recent director of a Planned Parenthood clinic, Abby Johnson, changed her beliefs and quit after seeing the actual abortion on the ultrasound. Not surprising, Joy said a lot of people think abortion is no big deal, but she has an obvious problem with doctors PROFITING from it. She actually called that profit “immoral.” Excuse me? Where does your morality stop and where does it begin, Joyless? You are too stupid to take seriously, and Barbara is no better. Barbara says there is an “army of people who believe in right-to-life”…as if it is something negative. WTF?

And I say good on you, Sherri, for telling YOUR story about how the Planned Parenthood clinic you went to when you were young, and they only seemed to push you toward having the abortion.

This whole event reminds me of the speech Obama made when he said he wouldn’t want his daughters “punished with a baby.” Good grief, man…have you no moral compass?

Peter Singer & Noam Chomsky on Bioethics of Terminating Life (VIDEO)

***WARNING – GRAPHIC VIDEO***

I don’t know if this will make it past the LL censors, (it didn’t, but it’s still embedded as a video here) but I have to post this because Peter Singer has close ties to the Obama administration, and his views along with Noam Chomsky’s are distressing at best; diabolical at worst.

I’ll let you watch and be the judge whether or not it’s okay to contemplate terminating the life of a 3-year-old, or euthanizing a person who’s elderly. Quite shocking indeed.

Beck & Dr. Keith Ablow On Von Brunn, the Rev. Wright & the Psychology of Hate (VIDEO)

Obviously after yesterday’s horrific murder of the guard at the Holocaust Museum, all the media’s attention was focused on James Von Brunn. But his violence visited upon others was not the only of the recent past. There have been two others, including that of abortion Dr. George Tiller and Army Pvt. William Long at the Army Recruiting Station in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Today Beck had Dr. Keith Ablow, forensic psychiatrist, on to explain the hate that is being felt in the world today – specifically towards Jews. Also take into consideration this past weekend’s interview with the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Barack Obama’s former Pastor, and his racist rant in the Q&A:

“Them Jews ain’t going to let him talk to me. I told my baby daughter that he’ll talk to me in five years when he’s a lame duck, or in eight years when he’s out of office.”

So, Dr. Ablow explains who’s more dangerous. Von Brunn or Dr. Wright? You might be surprised.

Ellis Henican Details Criteria for Newsworthiness of Murders (VIDEO)

Yes, he did. Last night on Bill O’Reilly, Ellis Henican was on to discuss the obvious media bias in the coverage of the recent murders of Dr. George Tiller, Army Pvt. William Long, and Guard Stephen T. Johns. However, Ellis didn’t agree it was media bias, but decided to explain the “newsworthiness” criteria to O’Reilly. You see, there are three things to take into consideration, according to Ellis, and they are this:

1. The prominence of the victim.
2. The incendiary aspects of the issue behind the murder.
3. Who is fanning the flames of that issue?

So, Ellis. Are you saying Pvt. Long is not prominent-enough of a victim to be considered newsworthy? Oh, REALLY?!? Okay fair enough. I’ll give you that much (in the mind of the MSM, that is, but I don’t agree), so let’s move on to the second criteria: the incendiary aspects of the issue behind the murder.

Pvt. Long was murdered BECAUSE he was an American, BECAUSE he was in the military, and BECAUSE he and his brothers are currently fighting a war against jihadists around the globe. You don’t believe these qualify for “incendiary aspects” surrounding the issue of this murder? Sorry, dude, but you’re way off base on that.

And lastly: Who’s fanning the flames of the issue? Why, it’s none other than militant Islam, if you must ask, Ellis. And you don’t think THAT piece of criteria is met? Oh, wait, that’s right. You’re part of the chickensh*t MSM who is afraid to report on crimes committed on behalf of the prophet Mohammed, so you just ignore them. Or, is it because you feel if you report this as a “hate crime” by an Islamofascist, that you will not meet your precious “criteria” to remain part of the liberal bastion that resides in the leftist media?

Perhaps you think if you cover it with equal reportage as the other murders (which are all also heinous), you might lend unintentional credence to the fact that we ARE still involved in a war against radical Islamofascism (and not an ‘overseas contingency operation’). Who knows? I certainly don’t, and your mind is not one that I’m inclined to pick through to figure out.

Mr. Henican, I would dare say that our military men & women serving in whatever capacity they are serving carry a lot more “prominence” in this society than people like you ever will.

Journalism is slowing sinking to the likability factors equal to that of lawyers. And of similar credulity. Shame on you.

Check the next post up, Mr. Henican, for a sweet dressing-down by Dennis Miller.
