I was going to make a post about what the legal ramifications can be on the heels of Pima County’s Sheriff Clarence Dupnik making quite outlandish and subjective statements and opinions about the motivations behind the massacre that occurred in Tucson, Arizona yesterday. Megyn Kelly interviewed the Sheriff earlier today.

However, since Mr. Johnson said it so succintly, I will just say “…what he said.”

He’s also correct that the Sheriff may be issued a gag order by the courts if he doesn’t shut his stupid trap. He’s an official who is ACTIVELY part of this investigation, and he’s making public statements about his opinions on motive? He must recuse himself when the trial does eventually happen.
