Last Friday, I was blessed to be part of Bloggers’ Row at the Americans for Prosperity Annual Summit, “Defending the American Dream,” in Washington D.C. We had several luminaries come through to visit with us. Michele Bachmann came through to say hello and say ‘thank you’ to all of us bloggers, and encourage us to continue doing what we do.

Michele spoke briefly, too, about the new Tea Party Caucus that she formed in the House, and talked about an event she had planned for later the next day after the Glenn Beck “Restoring Honor Rally” at the Lincoln Memorial.

I can tell you from this brief encounter with her personally, she is a very warm and caring person – and quite smart, as well.
