On Greta: VA & SC Attorneys General on Constitutionality of Individual Mandate (VIDEO)

Tonight on Greta, Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli & South Carolina Attorney General Henry McMaster appeared to discuss their pending legislation/lawsuits, which they will file tomorrow. At question is the Democrat leadership’s interpretation that the individual mandate is constitutionally legal under the Commerce Clause.

VA and SC are just two of 14 states that are in the process of enacting these State laws. We must all hope and pray that these states win the day…if for no other reason than there has never before been a federal law that REQUIRED an individual citizen to purchase something merely to be a legal United States citizen. This is intrusive beyond all imagination, and I await the first cases to be filed and sent to the Supreme Court of the United States. There are plenty of conservative figureheads that are willing to be those test cases. I’m anxiously awaiting that moment in time.

I believe the Constitution will win the day, but with this current corrupt administration, we need all the help we can get.

Beck: It’s ON, Progressives, and WE Will Win! (VIDEO)

Today Beck laid down the foundation of the battles to come. We will lose some battles, but we MUST win the war. Whose side are you on? If you are on the right side of history, you will be on the winning team. And to the Progressives who are trying to destroy this country….. GAME ON! You wanted it, you got it.

We know who is on our side, and we will win, I guarantee it. We’ve come to kick a$$ and chew bubble gum – and we’re all out of bubble gum.

Beck: America Changed This Weekend – History Was Made, But What Kind of History? (VIDEO)

Glenn Beck hit it right on the head today. Yesterday’s vote was touted as such a historic vote, that Nancy & Co. locked arms and walked down the street to compare the passage of the Senate bill to victories in the civil rights movement. Are you kidding us, Nancy? REALLY?

We must remember our truly historic moments; ones that really counted. The historic moment that happened this weekend was historic allright; historically corrupt. It just proved that Congress really doesn’t listen to their bosses – We the People. It’s not time to give up; in fact, it’s time to hunker down and prepare for the battles ahead.

Shepard Smith to Michael Steele: ‘Is This Really Armageddon?’ (VIDEO)

Today on Studio B, RNC Chairman Michael Steele was on, and Shep laid down the poor poor pitiful dem talking points, saying they have had to endure harsh rhetoric (like the right hasn’t). Shep brings up a comment made by Congressman Boehner, who called this new HCR bill “armageddon.” Shep continually asks Steele if that assessment is correct or not, and finally Steele said ‘yes.’ Shep seemed flummoxed, but I personally wouldn’t have taken so long to answer ‘yes’ myself!

Why? Because soft-talk, protests, emails, letters, phone calls, faxes, etc. have thus far not worked. Nancy Pelosi & PrezBO last night both invoked the Founding Fathers and the Constitution, with Nancy even going to so far as to invoke the “Of the People, By the People, For the People” clause.

Excuse me? REALLY, Nancy? WE THE PEOPLE have been telling ALL of you idiots this entire time we DO NOT LIKE this bill, yet you shove it down our throats anyway??? So, yes, Shep. Armageddon is not only appropriate, but damnit, if it takes saying things like that for you liberals and progressives on the left to pay attention to us, then by God we will use it. You obviously haven’t responded to polite discourse, so what else do you expect to hear at this point?
