		<description><![CDATA[I see a lot of conflicting opinions from conservatives on the troop surge.  The prevailing opinion is they are for the surge but against the timeline for withdrawal.  The timeline for withdrawal may be completely irrelevant and here&#039;s why - Obama is gambling that Osama Bin Laden will be captured in Afghanistan within the next 18 months.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If it turns into another quagmire, Obama is done if the republicans can get a legit candidate who can draw independents.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If Osama Bin Laden is captured, Obama is winning 40 of the 50 states in the most lopsided election in our nation&#039;s history. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I have a feeling he wouldn&#039;t be doing this surge if the end result wasn&#039;t almost guaranteed but we&#039;ll see.]]></description>
