Ingraham & Diane Francis on a China-Style One-Child Policy to Stop Global Warming (VIDEO)

On O’Reilly last Friday, Laura Ingraham filled in for Bill and discussed with guest, Diane Francis, the idea of a global one-child policy to help combat global warming. I’d read the story about Francis, who wrote a piece in a Canadian newspaper last week, and I could not believe what I was reading. Yet, here she was on television defending her policy for population control.

From Canada’s Financial Post:

“A planetary law, such as China’s one-child policy, is the only way to reverse the disastrous global birthrate currently, which is one million births every four days.

The world’s other species, vegetation, resources, oceans, arable land, water supplies and atmosphere are being destroyed and pushed out of existence as a result of humanity’s soaring reproduction rate.”

So like Laura, I’m stunned that people like this are honestly trying to be taken seriously lately, advocating for plants and animals over people. Don’t forget that animals emit a large percentage of CO2 merely in their farts alone.

Do people like Francis and others of her ilk not understand that it’s predominantly Muslim countries that are experiencing the population growth? The average Western family has far fewer children on average compared to those in Muslim countries.

What a load of crap. But don’t forget, more than one of Obama’s czars are also advocates of population control; specifically using sterilants in drinking water.

Folks, we better wake up soon. This is getting out of control. And this woman, Diane Francis, calls herself a feminist! Since when did feminists want to interfere with a woman’s right to choose? This is pure insanity. And the hypocrisy of this woman is amazing – it was discovered, after all, that she has two children of her own! Is she willing to “off” one just to help the planet? Doubtful.

Another question I forgot to pose in my original commentary: How can a woman who claims to be a feminist call women “breeders?” That like proclaiming them to be nothing more than cattle. This woman is a disgrace.

She doesn't advocate totalitarianism, but wants to “incentivize” women to have one child? How does that successfully happen without a totalitarian state?

But at least she's honest; that is what the whole environmental movement is about.
