If this REALLY is fundamentally a civil case, then he's been denied, ummm, ALL of his Miranda rights for the last 4 years. No access to a lawyer, no speedy trial, no official charges. So if the couts ignore that, then there's federal precedent to recind the Miranda requirement. And any confessions will be thrown out, because according to the Obama administration he was 'tortured' HUNDREDS of times in addition to being denied all his basic human rights by the United States government. <br> <br>I'd say KSM's defense attorney has a pretty damn strong case for dismissal.
