Two guests were on the Beck Show with Eric Bolling today. One was John Pugliese of Sansone Auto Group, and Matt Luzio of the James Toyota Kia Dealership. Breaking news from the Transportation Secretary, Ray LaHood, saying Cash 4 Clunkers will officially end Monday, August 24th, 2009.

But wait! I thought this was such a successful program!? Well, if you think that, just ask Matt or John; both of their companies are owed hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars in reimbursement of these $4,500 government subsidies for C4C cars. Problem is, some have been reimbursed for only a couple of transactions, and many have not been reimbursed AT ALL!

Small businesses cannot operate this way. They have to have cashflow to keep going, and they’re not able to stay afloat as businesses if the government is not keeping up their end of the bargain for reimbursements.

Now you tell me… if the government cannot manage a $1B subsidy program during the promised reimbursement time frames, how in the world can anyone in their right mind think they can effectively manage and run nearly a 6th of this country’s economy (healthcare)? The short answer is, IT CAN’T!

People, DO NOT buy the lies that a “public option” will cut costs, be more competitive, keep private insurance companies honest, save the country money, or be able to do this in a way which is deficit neutral, yet keep the same levels of care which we currently have! It simply cannot be done!

The government does not produce anything; the private sector does. The government is good at one thing and one thing only; consuming resources. And from whom are the resources consumed? You and me… the American taxpayer.

WAKE UP AMERICA! THIS IS FASCISM AT OUR DOORSTEP, and the Constitution is being SHREDDED at every turn. Educate yourselves, learn the issues, read the founding documents, and make your voices heard! We’re mad as hell and we’re not going to take it any more!!!!

And we are NOT Un-American for facing off against our representatives if they are not representing our best interests, so don’t fall for that line. The idiots in Congress who keep belittling the American people do so at their own peril; and they will soon find out why when they’re out of a job in 2010.

KEEP FIGHTING, FELLOW PATRIOTS! DON’T LET THEM STOP YOU OR SHUT YOU UP. YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO BE HEARD; IN FACT, IT’S YOUR PATRIOTIC DUTY TO SPEAK UP AND DEFEND OUR REPUBLIC!

Please, America… make the founding fathers proud of us. We’ve been asleep too long. I say ‘no more’ – get awake and stay awake, because revolution is is what created this great country, and I feel another revolution is brewing. And folks, it ain’t gonna be pretty, but fighting for freedom never is. Just ask any veteran you meet.

Freedom is never free, and requires patriotic defenders of all stripes.

Sorry I got off on a tangent which was NOT about C4C, but it all ties in with everything else when you really think about it. “Government programs” is a frightening term – I will always fear it.
