Oh boy, where do I begin…?
Remember the stimulus bill that, according to Rahm and B. Hussein, needed passing last February immediately or else the country would implode? And, as a result, it was passed without reading all that was in it? Well, within that bill was over $108 billion earmarked for-wait for it-health care policy provisions! And, within that was $1.1 billion to support “comparative effectiveness research”, essentially addressing what impact health care costs have on our country, especially at our end of life. Now, if that is not enough to blow your mind, get this: guess who is a member of the Federal Council on Comparative Effectiveness Research as well as health-policy adviser at the Office of Management and Budget? Dave, do you have a .pdf of the Stimulus Bill that passed? I'd like to read
that provision for the “comparative effectiveness research.” At least can
you give me a link to it?
