After Obama revealed his new behemoth oversight agencies today, most of us were left aghast at what he’s doing to the Constitution. Where in the Constitution does it say that the Executive Branch is responsible for protecting us from ourselves making stupid decisions? It’s not THERE! We don’t have a right not to make mistakes; we don’t have a right to be protected from our own idiocy; we don’t have a right to be protected, cradle-to-grave. The only right of protection we have in the Constitution is against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and I’m afraid this administration is on the precipice of that “domestic” enemy.

Yes, I might have taken literary license with that last part, but this government is WAY beyond out of control! Judge Napolitano calls it like it is – fascism.
