Stuart Varney Clashes With Papantonio Over Socialism Slide (VIDEO)

Today on Cavuto, Stuart Varney was filling in for Neil and one of his guests, radio talk show host Mike Papantonio, was on to discuss America’s obvious slide toward Socialism. The impetus for the subject was an apparent recent comment by Treasury Secretary, Tim Geithner, saying those who claim we’re on the move toward Socialism are just crazy.

I was waiting to see how long it would take before Varney, from England, unleashed his “look here, buddy” on Papantonio, seeing as how Varney emigrated to the United States to escape socialist England. Stuart wiped the floor with Papantonio but Paps was too stupid to realize.

Two Military Vets Honored On The View (VIDEO)

…well, at least by Elizabeth anyway.

Fmr. 1st Lt. Melissa Stockwell and Sgt. Ireshekia Henry were on The View today in celebration of Memorial Day. Both ladies, in addition to being heroes, are amputees. Elizabeth tells their story and introduces America to a couple of fabulous patriots.

And to no one’s surprise, there had to be one “did she really just ask that?” moment. This time it came from the head hen, Barbara. It’s nice to see 1st Lt. stand her ground. :-)

I was just happy to see they allowed two such heroes to grace their presence, and the whole crew should have felt humbled.

National Memorial Day Concert in D.C. (VIDEOS)

Today’s day of celebration to honor our military veterans and heroes, there were quite a few heart-warming moments in the show. Here are just a few of them. I hope you all got a chance to watch this on PBS, but in case you didn’t, here are some heart-felt highlights of the evening.

As you watch these tributes, say a little prayer for all of our men and women sacrificing their lives so that we may live in freedom.

God bless these men and women who serve this country, and more specificaly… God bless those like Gary Sinise, Trace Adkins, Joe Montegna and others who share their time with us to celebrate these honors and these troops.

God bless our military men and women, God bless those who honor their sacrifices, and may God continue to bless the United States of America.

Beck With Breitbart And Klavan On Corruption In Washington (VIDEOS)

This was an absolutely fabulous segment on Beck’s show from last Friday.

The audacity of so many facets of the Obama administration, and the most egregiously so, speed-reading of the energy bill. I am outraged! Where is your outrage, America? Why aren’t you standing up and asking questions of your government? Why? When all this goes down in the shi**er, you’ll have no one to blame but yourselves, and I’m hoping you’re happy with what you’ve got. Because by God, the rest of us are having to pay the price for your choices.

I agree with Breitbart: Where is the Republican outrage, and why aren’t they using this to their benefit? This is unconscionable to have been done to the American people!! They are playing us for fools and WE ARE LETTING THEM!!!!! WTF is that all about?
