		<description>So, Mr. President, it is acceptable to shoot three Somalis who are believed to present an imminent threat to the life of one man, but it is unacceptable to intimidate a man who is believed to be the mastermind behind 9/11 when he is also believed to be part of an imminent threat to another 3,000 lives?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Or, to put it another way:&lt;br&gt;Do you think the current administration sanctioned murder when it authorized the shooting of the three Somalis?</description>
