Turbo Tax Timmy’s New Global Currency

From my favorite Editorial Cartoonist, Michael Ramirez of Investor’s Business Daily. Here’s his latest:

The wooden nickel, that’s right. It’s about all our dollar will be worth once Obama gets through with it.

Gary Sinise Promotes ‘Brothers At War’ on The View – and Gets Disrespected (VIDEO)

I have been telling myself I was NOT going to post this video because the stupid cows on The View (except Elisabeth) disrespected Gary Sinise so bad that I didn’t think they deserved to be seen. He was on the show to promote the documentary he’s supporting, “Brothers At War.”

Then a good friend (you know who you are, Mr. Man) convinced me to post it for just that reason – to show exactly how disgusting these pigs are. Particularly notice at the end when the segment fades out, Elisabeth is the ONLY one who shakes his hand or even otherwise recognizes Gary (and they do it for every other celebutard that comes on their show). In fact, Joy looks like she’s sucking on a lemon, as she, Whoopi & Sherri all sit there with their arms either crossed over their chests or clasped in their laps. How disgustingly disrespectful. The sea cow, Behar, tries to make it brother-vs-brother over the their views on the Iraq war. STFU, Joy. Can’t you just stop for one freakin’ second and be thankful to Gary for supporting our troops?

When Did the Federal Government Become Our Crisis Counselor? (VIDEO)

Beck tackles that very question in light of the government’s creation of a new website to help those of us who are feeling down, depressed, sad or otherwise just plain ol’ rotten lately. The government to the rescue, HOORAY! /sarc

From Drudge:

The U.S. government is set to offer an online emotional rescue kit!

“Getting Through Tough Economic Times” will launch Tuesday with a media push across all platforms.

The site is meant to help people identify health concerns related to financial worries.

The feds will warn of depression, suicidal thinking and other serious mental illnesses. It will raise warning flags for: Persistent sadness/crying; Excessive anxiety; Lack of sleep/constant fatigue; Excessive irritability/anger.

The guide will be available starting at midnight at http://www.samhsa.gov/economy.

Mmmhmmm.. just what we need – another reason to suck at the government tit for something they have no business being involved in.

Oh, and this is just a small observation from me. With Beck’s white board, I think he’s addressing some of his PMSMBC critics from earlier today. Just perhaps. What do you think?

Morning Joe Rips Into Glenn Beck – For Being Emotional (VIDEO)

This morning on MSNBC’s Morning Joe show, they were doing their “must-read op-ed” segment, and Willie Geist had an “offering” of his own, although not an op-ed. It was actually based on a page one New York Times piece yesterday on Glenn Beck and his popularity.

Tina Brown of The Daily Beast watched with the rest of the group as Willie played a mash-up of clips of Glenn Beck getting emotional on the air; mostly from his “The 912 Project” show from March 13th.

What ensued during and after that was truly shameful, and it just demonstrates to me why the mainstream media (and MSNBC) don’t “get it” about the American people. It is okay to show your feelings and emote. Stupid eurotrash, Tina Brown, said Roger Ailes was “kind of a genius” for finding and creating all these “monsters” like Beck, Limbaugh, etc.

Excuse me, Ms. Brown? And you are who?

And Joe Scarborough was practically crying himself, but it wasn’t out of sadness – he was cracking up laughing, although he tried to say he was not laughing at Beck, but was laughing at a joke someone sent him on his Blackberry. Uh-huh.

British M.E.P. Daniel Hannan on Morning Joe (VIDEO)

British M.E.P., Daniel Hannan appeared on Morning Joe today, and it was quite a good interview.

Visit msnbc.com for Breaking News, World News, and News about the Economy

Keep preaching, brother Hannan. Keep preaching and hopefully someone with any wits about them in the American government will listen to you.
