Beck Talks With Dir. of Democratic Socialists of America (VIDEO)

Today on Beck’s show, Frank Llewellyn, the National Director of the Democratic Socialists of America, was on during one of Glenn’s semi-regular “March to Socialism” segments. Like Glenn, I’m just glad that there’s someone who finally admits their beliefs and is honest about them.

Funniest part of this is I don’t think Llewellyn realizes that Beck was mocking him the whole time. I know I was.

What You Need to Know About Namaste’ Solar & Obama (VIDEO)

Fox Business’ Tracy Byrnes was on with Glenn Beck today to go over the peculiar connection between Barack Obama and the Colorado company called Namaste’ Solar. Apparently someone from this company introduced Barry in Colorado yesterday where he had arrived to sign the Government Growth Bill, and the similarities between this company’s internal policies and what I fear Barack is doing to this country are eerily evident.

Before you say “oh, I’d LOVE to work there” after hearing Tracy describe the policies, you better think twice. If you’re the CEO, would you want to make the same money as the mailroom clerk? Sounds like Cuba to me.

Beck Talks with Rove & Bolton on Mexican Border Problems (VIDEO)

First of all, you gotta love Glenn’s intro about his “former” employer, and how they would have made him intro John Bolton and Karl Rove. But even funnier is Rove’s “Darth Vader” impression.

After that, Glenn had a real back-and-forth with the both of them on Bush’s apparent lack of action regarding Mexico, the narco-terrorists, the border, and illegal immigration. Rove and Bolton appear as apologists for the border failures, but at least hear them out. Hey, I’m not saying forgive them (or Bush for that matter), but they are obviously privy to more info than are we.

I certainly hope we do get something done on the border. It’s not getting out of control; it IS out of control!

Glenn Beck On the Release of Ramos and Compean (VIDEOS)

This is just a FANTASTIC day. Well, maybe not in all ways, but in the case of former Border Patrol Agents, Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean. They finally were released from prison, and are on house arrest. But Glenn Beck, who has long-championed their cause and story, was the first to break this news and have Ignacio Ramos’ wife, Monica, and their attorney on.

Again, this was a great day. It would have been better if they’d have received full pardons, but I will take small victories where I can get them. And I don’t think I’m alone on this.

America Congratulates Venezuela for What?

From the AFP: (emphasis mine)

The United States Tuesday welcomed Venezuela’s “civic” referendum lifting term limits for the president and all politicians, but urged support for democracy and tolerance in the country.

“We congratulate the civic and participatory spirit of the millions of Venezuelans who exercized their democratic right to vote,” State Department spokesman Noel Clay told AFP.

Venezuelans on Sunday voted 54 percent in favor of constitutional reform sought by President Hugo Chavez to run for unlimited reelection, in his bid to consolidate his brand of socialism critics compare to Cuba’s communism.

Clay said that after the vote, “it is important that elected officials now focus on governing democratically and addressing the issues of concern to the Venezuelan people.”

“We encourage all sectors of Venezuelan society to respect the diversity of use (of the vote) that is the strength of a pluralistic democracy,” he added.

The US reaction to Venezuela’s vote comes uncharacteristically before the complete tally has been announced. The country’s electoral board has issued its first, 54-46 percent vote result with only 94 percent of precincts reporting.

US-Venezuelan relations have been steadily deteriorating since Chavez first took office in 1999. In September, they took a turn for the worse after Venezuela expelled the US ambassador and the United States responded in kind.

Are you kidding me????? Seriously…are you freakin’ KIDDING ME??? WTF is the Obama admin doing to this country???
