Today on The View, the gals got into a discussion about the verbal back-and-forth between Barack Obama and Rush Limbaugh. As usual, Joy Behar just spews out the “I want him to fail” lie about what Rush said. Like the idiot she truly is, Joy the sea cow asks Elisabeth why Rush didn’t come out after 9/11/01 and say he wished President Bush would fail. WTF?

Sherri, Whoopi and Barbara also pick up on the line Rush said about Obama being elected because he was black (another falsehood, misrepresented by the crew here). Elisabeth tries courageously to speak out for Rush and get the truth out as to what Rush was really talking about, but as usual she just gets shouted down.

Now that Elisabeth is pregnant again, I’m starting to see some of that protective mama bear come out in her. She just gets “that look” when her friends are challenged, and that’s the way it should be. GO ELISABETH!

Oh, and the gem of the segment? The sea cow (Joy) said the only reason “talk radio,” including Rush, has so many listeners is because the only people that listen are the ones that hate them. Yeah, Joy…keep dreaming. If that were the case, The View would be a ratings bonanza every day.
