O’Reilly had Fred Beretta on his show tonight, who was a passenger on the US Airways flight that crash-landed into the Hudson River this afternoon. He was in a seat that was over the left wing, and he saw the engine sputter and die. He describes for Bill the harrowing moments of the flight and how things transpired.

That pilot who landed the airplane is an angel, and the whole crew and ferry captains, as well as the US Coast Guard, the Hudson ferry workers, NYPD, Port Authority, FDNY and all other Rescue personnel deserve medals for their heroism today.
