Oh. My. God. Who the hell is this woman? I see she’s Caren Benjamin of “Americans United for Change.” Allrighty then! What’s with the looking down her nose? Did she not want to create a 2nd chin if she looked down?

$150M for bee insurance? $20M for fish barriers? What are those? Apparently she believes they must be like dams and levies, because that’s what holds fish back…apparently “red herring” fish… oh, and while she’s speaking of levies, she might as well go ahead and throw the Katrina reference out there, too.

By the way; I found what a “fish barrier” is, and here it is – “the barrier is to limit upstream passage of fish based on fish swimming and leaping capabilities.” Uh-huh. And we need this in the stimulus package why? And Neal’s right. Why is this woman out there pimping this stimulus plan if she doesn’t even know what the stupid pork in it is?

Geez, this truly is one of the dumbest women I’ve ever seen on TV. Her facial gesticulations are very bizarre and only add to the surreal nature of this interview. I’m surprised Neal could keep a straight face.
