Whoopi: Sarah Speaks Her Own Brand of Street Ebonics (VIDEO)

This is the second time now that Whoopi has called Sarah Palin’s plain-spoken way of talking as “ebonics.” Excuse me? Ebonics is a cultural and street thing; being plain-spoken is a southern and midwestern down-home thing. They are not even CLOSELY related to each other. And Joy thinks folks would rather hear people who talk like her??? Please! This whole crew insults all of middle America and the south who are SICK of Northeastern and politic-speak. They still do not just get it, or they are blinded by the Palin-Derangement Syndrome, that the everyday American related to Sarah because she spoke the way she spoke and we understood her.

Joy then pipes up “AND SHE WASN’T EVEN VETTED!” Oh, yeah, like your boy Obama was? No reporters or lawyers parachuted into Chicago to dig up things about him, and if they did, I’m sure we might not like what we would have found out. In fact, I dare say that we probably know more about Sarah Palin than we do about the Chosen One.

Oh, and Whoopi, I wouldn’t go making fun of Sarah for her language, when in the same breath, you say you don’t think we want leaders who speak in “sorta regaluh ol’ terms.”

Behar: 9/11 Happened on Bush’s Watch & All He Did Was Tell Us We Better Watch Out (VIDEO)

You have GOT to be kidding me, right? Today on The View, Whoopi brought up the subject of Bush’s final press conference he recently gave, and opened the topic up for discussion.

Katrina was brought up, because Bush said there were some things done wrong after Katrina, but he said he felt it would have been disruptive to land in the middle of the evacuations, and Behar asked “disruptive to what?” Well, Joy, knowing you, if Bush HAD landed, taken away local law enforcement resources to watch his caravan, you and your ilk would have been belly-aching about “why did he have to grandstand and hog the spotlight?” or “that was just a photo-op.” You see, Joy, Bush just cannot win with people like you, and he never would have. You would find some fault no matter what his decisions were in that case. Were mistakes made? Hell yeah! But as Elisabeth tries to rightly point out, neither Chocolate City Mayor Ray Nagin nor Gov. Kathleen Blanco have clean hands on that one either, but as usual, Elisabeth didn’t get to finish that point.
