Elisabeth Hasselback on Palin at RNC (VIDEO)

Sean Hannity got a chance to interview Elisabeth at the RNC about her thoughts on the whole event, as well as her thoughts specifically on Sarah Palin. Needless to say, Elisabeth is stoked as are most of us, and she’s not ashamed to show it. The only question is, she agreed with Sean that “community organizer” is a bogus title, and the past week on The View, Whoopi & Sherri both said they were offended by Sarah making fun of that title. It will be interesting to see how they react to Elisabeth next week.

You can watch Sean’s interview here.

I don't know how Elisabeth shows up every day. Every time she tries to express a conserative VIEW on any subject they do their best to talk over her. When she does get through they flip her opinions off as if she were a foolish child.
Not everyone in America agrees with the celebrity liberal viewpoint.
Today they showed a clip of Sarah Palin speaking her point of view IN A CHURCH. If we cannot speak freely in our own church (look at Rev. Wright) then one of our basic freedoms is denied.
Church members can agree with her beliefs or not. She was not speaking from the Govenor's office.
About Iraq…Who can speak with a very personal feeling about the war better than parents who have children serving. Both Mccain and Palin's sons have been and are going to Iraq. When I saw Cidy ans Sarah proudly wearing their Blue Star Mothers pins it spoke volumns to me. My daughter deploys with the 25th infantry 11/7th. People say Joe Biden'sson is goig to Iraq too.
His son is an attorney going as a part of JAG. That has no comparison.
They said on the VIEW that Biden said he opposed abortion and embronic stem cell as a Catholic but would support both things as VP. I carefully listened to his speah in Florida. He said nothing about his Catholic beliefs only that he earneastly supported both issues. Obama left his church after 20 years with Rev. Wright only when it became public.
I can only support the candidates that tell us the tuth about their beliefs. I cannot in any way support those that tell what they think we want to here. Army Mom in NJ

I cannot, for the life of me understand anyone, let alone any woman supporting Sarah Palin. She opposes abortion in any case; even in rape or incest! This is abominable. Can you imagine the government forcing a child (or a grown woman) to give birth to a baby under these horrific conditions!! YET, she supports an unjust war that has killed 4000 + American soldiers and an unfathomable amount of Iraqi citizens. But that seems to be O.K. with Ms. Palin. Let's hope to God her son does not share the same fate as our fallen soldiers have.
Why is the Republican party keeping Ms. Palin from the Press? Could they be afraid of giving her too much rope? You say you can only support those candidates that tell the truth about their beliefs. Well, my dear, I urge you to research all you can about Ms. Palin and her “beliefs.” Our forefathers knew what they were doing when they called for separation of church and state.
God help us all if this self-righteous, sarcastic, 'religious”, holier-than-thou person is elected along with Mr. (let's stay in this war forever) Mc Cain. I, for one, is VERY scared for our country!

      • Never Naive!

Thank goodness someone has sense enough to see that Sarah Palin is the wrong choice. Not to mention Mr. Mc Cain and his whatever it takes to fight this war that has killed so many of our boys in girls! I for one have a very personal story with this war… I support our troops to no end, but I do not support this war that has killed so many and continues to do so. Thank GOD my fiance is returning home in the next 30 days from Iraq, but I still am so very afraid for all the families that have their loved ones over there, and also the mothers and fathers who's kids are over there. I support Barack Obama and Biden anyday before I will let Mc Cain and Palin take us through another 4 years of this crap. GOD please help us, because we need it dearly!

As A father of a recently deployed MP, I can sense your anger. Howerver I do feel the troops do secure our lives as we enjoy it today. I did not like my children leaving the house when they first learned to drive, I felt they were out from under my protection.
Now it is my son that is protecting others

      • robert

I think you confuse the power of a VP and the PRESIDENT for that matter.
I would like the press to do their job and report honestly on all the candidates. Obama has been on the campaign trail for two years and it is only the right wingers that report anything negitive about his positions
I almost remember the day when reporters were journist

Thank you Elisabeth for Joining the View on a daily base. You actually bring some intelligence to the show. Your information is informative and well researched. Your concervative views are refreshing and a great influence on my three daughters. I have taught them to be strong woman and never follow the crowd!! If you have a opinion make sure it is educated and well thought out. Don't just shoot your mouth off for no good reason. You are to be admired when you have to battle it out with the other woman on the View who constantly over talk you and sometimes resort to rude and childish behavior when they are proven wrong!! Stay strong and keep informed because your the main reason my daughters and I watch the View. And could you please tell Barbara Walter to quit hitting your hand everytime she wants you to stop talking and let Whoopie over talk you. “Barbara we see you!! Let the smart one talk” Sincerely Denise Gonsalves

You think that Obama is somehow going to fight the Taliban and Al Qaeda and NOT lose any soldiers? Are you kidding me? Hell, he's ready to send brigades into Pakistan TODAY! Obama has no clue what he's getting in to, and our national debt will grow to sizes unimaginable before with all of his welfare gimme programs to lazy idiots who want the government to do everything for them.

  • lisa

Are you all still stoked? I'm stoked!!!!!

    Obama/Biden 08!!!!!!!

These rich politicians do not give a shit about you. Never have and never will. People need to quit swallowing everything they say. They are nothing like you or I and people like Hasselback don't belong in their little group either. It is sad there is so much corruption and wrong doing and people will follow their party over a cliff in support. Don't be a sheep. It is okay to criticize politicians even if they are from your own political affiliation.

Elisabeth has made the definitive statement I wish more people would pick up and and share. When Joy said Sarah Palin is not ready to be president in case John McCain dies in office her response was “she is just as qualified to be president as Barack Obama is.” She further said “only John McCain is really ready to be president on day one and he is the one running for president not Sarah Palin.

I received this web site today – - http://usawakeup.org/USSAhtm I sent it to all the people I know. However, there are 1 in 7 who are undecided plus many Democrats that might change their mind if they would receive this web site – but I have no way of passing it along to those people. I was hoping that you might have a way of getting it on TV or passing it along. Time is running out for Senator McCain and this could be the break he needs. Thank you for your time Irene Czek

Maybe I shouldn’t have said thinking conservative in relation to Rush and Glen; they are really more entertainers than anything else. What I meant to say was a conservative who is schooled and can think on his/her feet. If they need it to be a woman, it can be Ingrams, Malkin, or Coulter.
