Tony Snow With David Gregory…A Look Back (VIDEO)

July 12, 2008 Telling It Like it Is, True Heroes, Video View Comments

This is quite a look back, and an emotional one at that. I found this video tonight from the MSNBC website. This was taken while Tony Snow was still alive, and great compassion was shown by David Gregory. I truly believe that anyone who worked with Tony had a deep respect and admiration for him.

I just barely made it through the video without losing it completely. Can you?

MY God, he aged so much in that video. He looked so old and tired, you never say him like that. He had to be alot sicker than he ever led on. I also have to saty that As much of a braying ass david Gregory can be, he did a great job with this interview. I hope his kids will grow up to know what a great man their dad was. I feel especially badly for them.

January 26, 2010

This was from the Rachel Maddow show on the 24th.
Okay, okay… despite the obvious jokes about this pair that write themselves (including one that just popped in my head regarding the acronym SCOTUS), this was a most delusional segment from MSNBC about the Supreme Court ruling scaling back some of the restrictions of McCain-Feingold. [...]

Tonight was Sarah Palin’s debut in her new gig as a Fox News contributor, and it was on the king of prime-time cable news’ show, Bill O’Reilly’s “The O’Reilly Factor. ”

I look for Sarah to have a long, fruitful career here, and just to prove her bona fides more as time goes on.

What else can I say? This is the best suggestion I’ve ever heard coming from a member of Congress (and yes, I know Hutchison is a Republican), and it came on Meet the Press this past Sunday. Matthews, Walsh & Vogel on Barney Frank’s TownHall (VIDEO)

August 19, 2009

Tonight on Hardball, national braintrust Chris Matthews’ ‘Politics Fix’ featured Joan Walsh of Salon.com, and Ken Vogel of the Politico. Topic of discussion was Barney Frank’s recent surreal townhall meeting on healthcare, where he berated damn near everyone who dared question him. What does Joan Walsh think? Barney is a hero to the liberal movement! [...]
