A Couple of New Sites I Created

July 5, 2008 From Management View Comments

Hi, everyone. I’ve started a couple of new websites, both with completely different audiences. I’ve long despised the “one comment” entries that some blogs consider a full post. However, I realize that I often have simple thoughts, insensitive or intemperate though they may be, and I’d like to post them. But I don’t really have the time to sit down and write a long prose about each thought. It doesn’t make them less significant, though, and for that I’ve started InsensitiveThoughts.com. This is a perfect venue for just those fleeting thoughts, and I hope you can visit it and possibly comment when you’d like. A reminder, it is a work in progress, so just give me some time to build it up. Please feel free to post your own random intemperate thoughts.

Secondly, my other site is a forum for people who have either been on a guest panel of a TV Talk show, in the audience of a show, or just a viewer who wants to voice an opinion (or drop a video link) about a particular show. The starting categories include TV Talk shows, Court TV shows, Cable News & Opinion Shows, and I’m welcoming suggestions for other categories. Most TV shows have their own websites with message boards, but they are moderated by the show staff. If you’ve ever been on a show or in the audience, and you believe what was finally broadcast was NOT representative of what truly happened in the studio (*cough*… Montel Williams…*cough*), this is the forum for you! Please visit that site at FromTheSet.

This, too, is a new outing, so be patient during this growing phase. I hope you enjoy one or both, and I truly thank you for your readership.

Regards,
Ms.U

From This Week on Sunday, we get this surreal assessment of the Tea Party from none other than Nancy Pelosi – the original “astroturfer” proclaimer of this citizen movement. (UPDATE: Video from ABC added.)

She also claims the GOP has hijacked the Tea Party movement – this woman has obviously lost her mind.

I’m all giddy and it’s so fun tonight to read the Kossacks have a meltdown on the left… a warm feeling in my tummy.

In the first segment of This Week with George Stephanopoulos, Senators Lindsey Graham and Bernie Sanders were on to discuss health care. Leaving aside the fact Graham laid down a brilliant case against the current monstrosity of a bill, self-avowed socialist Sanders proclaims that 45,000 Americans are going to die this year because they can’t [...]

On This Week with George Stephanopoulos, the Sunday panel included Paul Krugman, along with resident panelist, George Will.
