MAN, we need more like him on all courts I can think of! Yes, it’s another local story, but it’s worth checking out. Fulton County, GA Supreme Court Judge, Craig Schwall was presiding over a trial of a man named Gerrick Jackson, who was convicted of molesting his girlfriend’s children while they were together. So egregous were the acts that Jackson got two consecutive life sentences plus 20 years! Jackson digitally penetrated his girlfriend’s 8-year-old, and anally sodomized her 16-year-old who is mentally retarded. What makes it even worse is that the girlfriend’s former boyfriend in 2003 also molested her two children. That’s when the judge lost it.

According to WSB-TV:

A Fulton County judge sentenced 34-year-old Gerrick Jackson to life in prison for molesting two children. But the judge saved his harshest words for the victims’ mother.

This is the kind of guy I want on all criminal benches, and I hope Bill O’Reilly finds out about this judge. This is true justice, and even though the mother of the kids doesn’t get “punishment” per se, the judge let her know how atrocious a person she is. And even more unbelievable, as of this writing, DFACS (Dept. of Family and Childrens’ Services) still has not removed these kids from this stupid bitch. WSB’s reporters will follow up on this, and so will I.

Judge Schwall is an excellent jurist and good friend. I have known Judge Schwall for many years and practiced before his court. Anyone attempting to criticize this good man does not know him. He stands up for justice and against those who desire to abuse the system. As a former head of the Republican party here in Georgia, he has the type of conservative values that does our system well.

I am proud to be his friend as well as his colleague.

The children are scarred for life. These 'adult' people are going to be playing the race card/vitim game. Bet on it. Some scumbag ACLU type (who represent such wonderful groups as NAMBLA) will rip this Judge up one side and down the other. I hope for the childrens sake, especially the retarded one, that they fail misrably. That guy is going to be getting his just desserts with the population of his life 'home.'

The defendant got what he deserved, and though I don't normally condone taking children away from parents frivolously, in cases like this the mother has no business continuing to have those children in her household. the judge was right on, and I agree, I hope O'Reilly and Hannity and the rest of the conservative hosts catch wind of this. I wish more judges was like this guy.
