John Edwards on Bill Maher (VIDEO)

by MsUnderestimated — Categories: Are You Kidding Me?, Elections, Liberal Bed-Wetters, Video6 Comments

John Edwards was on the season premier episode of Real Time With Bill Maher tonight on HBO. What came out of Edwards’ mouth was nothing short of both jaw-dropping and boorish at the same time. Contradiction after contradiction; taxes, war, security, free health care, energy independence, etc. All talk about a new direction, but no plans to discuss – that is except for cut-and-run from Iraq and let the jihadists win.

Oh, and talk about dancing around issues!?!? Even Maher calls him on it a couple of times. You’ll have to see it to believe it.

Watch the Edwards folly here.

I’m not of your political persuasion, but I appreciate the link to the video of John Edwards on Real Time last night.

    Thank you.

Straight forward honesty about taking care of all Americans and not lying nor pandering to the wealthy. If all politicians were the same as John Edwards then what a great nation America would be.
“Being patriotic about something other than war”.
Thanks for the link, I needed that bit of sanity and hope in my life today.

I might be heartless but I don’t want to pay for a freeloaders healthcare. The main reason it costs so much is because of ambulance chasers like Edwards. Who knows what he considers wealthy.

Finally! An honest, straight-forward politician. This country is ready for a change and his name is John Edwards. I’ve heard him speak several times, both before he was running for President and after. His speech hasn’t changed and he’ll effectivelt lead this country in the right direction. He’s got my vote.

I don’t know what video you watched but what I saw was an honest man speaking from his heart. To Pat: the reason healthcare is so expensive is because there is not adequate regulation or competition to produce affordable healthcare — and don’t even get me started on the drug companies — why are they spending millions on TV ads and passing that expense on to us? May you and your family never suffer a medical malpractice and not be able to find legal representation — check out Four Trials at the library and then judge.
