I couldn’t watch the Dixie Chicks and the Grammys. It’s such a sludge fest. In the end, the Chicks aren’t ready to make nice with reality, and that’s their problem.

The reason for the cowpokes’ dispeasure probably has more to do with the fact that the Dixie Chicks are a pop band, not country, than anything political.

That “white cowboy” sitting to Cowboy Troy’s right is John Rich of country duo ‘Big & Rich’. I believe Cowboy Troy played/toured with them and that John Rich may write/produce for Troy.
