I love this show! Seen all seasons & they continue to shock and suprise. This one did hit way too close to home. Just hope this is not the next reality show! I liked the first Palmer better.

Actually, you will hear that Curtis is indeed dead next week. Sorry for the spoiler, but I couldn’t resist shelling out 9 bucks this morning for the first 4 hours on DVD, which included the first 12 minutes of next weeks ep… relatively tame compared to what we saw in the first 4 hours.

As to the rest, America needs to wake up. Not just to the threat of nuclear terror, but to the fact that ‘The People’ don’t really have much of a say anymore in American Politics. At the risk of sounding paranoid, most politicians don’t give a rip about what their constituents think. What they DO care about are opinion polls, and the Media controls those…. We’re rarely regarded as more than simple party-faithfuls who perform the tedious task of voting them back into office on election day. That’s really the only time we’re important. And it’s our fault it’s come to this.

This episode of 24 will wake up America that Islam Kills! Just look on the latest undercover report in the Mosques in Britain and hear and see in English of their religious leaders preaching Jihad! I think we are so desparate to get some TV that shows the seriousness of the problem that we are lowering our standards. I thought the show has really sunk in quality. The writing and casting in particular. I posted unfavorable reviews of both premier nights. I’m still keeping an open mind, but the Prez and the two new supervisors at CTU are absolutely horrible cast choices…

Thank you for posting that video on this site. I was watching it as it was first broadcast and the first words out of my mouth were “that could really happen.”

I’m glad 24 is willing to be so un-PC and realistic as to show what could happen.

For those who are curious, the show is in error about the number of “suitcase nukes” produced. The USSR made thousands of them, and over 100 are currently missing from their inventories (presumably the 5 mentioned in 24 are part of this 100). No one knows where the 100 missing nukes are.

Just a little material for thought…

Excellent show and you are right . . . this WILL happen sooner or later. They want us DEAD, there is no negotiating or talking. If you are not muslim, you are an infidel. Christians had better start standing up for their rights. There is no Jack Bower in real life. Political correctness must go. Americans need to learn how to take care of themselves in a disaster . . . the government can’t do it all or even a lot in a major attack. Did anyone ever say Curtis was DEAD? They just said he was SHOT! Perhaps he’s still alive . . . or maybe not! You never know with 24!!! Can’t wait until next week!
