Bill O’Reilly just got back from a visit with the troops in Iraq. The overwhelming message they are overtly telling us is “please listen to us, leave us alone, and let us do our jobs – if we leave it will be bad.”

Why isn’t anybody else except Fox going over to find out what the troops want, instead of whining about needing to bring them home? It’s obvious they’ll be ready to come home when the job is done, and no sooner. So shaddup already, you peace-at-any-price freaks!

Oh, yes… and they just ask that you please believe in them and support them – that’s a very simple request with which we should all comply without fail. I wonder if Bill will change his mind about how “horrible” things are going in Iraq now. He also seemed to be a bit misty-eyed there at the end. Bill O does have a heart. And it showed in this segment.
