Earlier last week, the View had “best friend” days or what the hell ever it was (don’t pay that much attention, but occasionally there’s a Republican slam in there that deserves recognition), and Joy Behar’s friend was on, some stand-up comedienne, and they were talking about the subject of children and teenagers.
