Montel’s Parade of Socialists – Except for Amy Proctor (VIDEO)

***ADDITIONAL VIDEOS ADDED BELOW***

Amy Proctor was on the Montel Show today, surrounded by idiots; i.e., Jesse Jackson, Lou Dobbs, and a few other liberal “war on the middle class” people. Amy, I don’t know how you stood it.

On the second segment I recorded, Montel Williams actually DEFENDS Hugo Chavez’ actions and words at the U.N.! He and Jesse Jackson both eluded to the time when Bush called Chavez and Ahmadinejad parts of the “Axis of Evil,” and said that Chavez calling Bush “el Diablo” was no worse than Bush’s calling them axes of evil! They said maybe Chavez wouldn’t have called him that if he hadn’t started all the name-calling!!! WTF????

I can’t even begin to describe this show. Amy, I’m surprised you didn’t walk out. I only watched this for you, lady, but after Montel’s rant against President Bush, Dobb’s rant on his ‘war against the middle class,’ and Jackson’s declaration of Chavez being democratically elected, I’m through. I felt like I need a shower after watching that.

You know, this entire show was full of hypocricies. Talking about how we should salute individualism, but we all need to take care of each other?? Moreso, Jesse, Montel and Lou (to some extent) said we should try to understand why people like Hugo Chavez and Ahmadinejad hate us so much. After someone brought up the fact that even Charlie Rangel chided Chavez for coming to our country to bash our President, Montel then went one step further clarifying that Chavez was NOT on American soil; but he was on “soverign U.N. territory,” so it was no big deal to him.

Huh? Can someone please explain this whole mess to me?

Here’s a blurb from the Montel Show website about the episode:

Episode: America In Crisis

Why is it that with all the wealth of our government our public school system is failing? Doesn’t everyone, regardless of financial background, deserve the same level of education? Why is America’s reputation at an all-time low globally? Is it a sign of the times when other leaders come on our soil and make scandalous comments about our president? Will this unite critics and supporters of the current administration? Should the unaligned nations (Venezuela, Iran and North Korea) be considered a serious threat? And with war in Iraq, Afghanistan and growing tensions with other Muslim-led countries, do American’s really understand the Islam religion?

Today’s Guests:

  • Lou Dobbs He is the political co-host for the hour and who will also discuss his new book “War On The Middle Class”
  • Reverend Jesse Jackson
  • Kevin Chavous Kevin is a noted attorney and author. He believes that the main problem with public education today is that its core curriculum has not changed since its inception.
  • Tony Goldwyn Tony is an actor/director and Co-President of Creative Coalition. He is a democrat and a big advocate for more money for schools.
  • Amy Holmes She is a former conservative Senior Speechwriter for U.S. Senate Majority Leader. Amy is opposed for raising the minimum wage. She is in favor of eliminating the inheritance tax. She is in favor of school vouchers.
  • Randi Winegarden She is the President of the New York United Federation of Teachers.
  • Pervus and Rosa Summers They are here to tell us their personal story of dissatisfaction with their public school.
  • Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf Founder and CEO of the American Society for Muslim Advancement. He is the author of “What’s Right with Islam: A New Vision for Muslims and the West.”
  • Asra Nomani A journalist and author of “Standing Alone: An American Woman’s Struggle for the Soul of Islam.”
  • Amy Proctor She has her own website where she writes daily blogs on political issues.

Did I also mention that taxing the “rich,” giving more federal money for the arts to be taught in schools, and giving teachers more money were the answers to our outrageously awful public school systems? And what is this business about the “War on the Middle Class?” That’s definitely on my WON’T-buy list of books this year.

Watch the socialists on parade here (Amy’s brief segment) and here.

Frank Rich Hawking His Book on Oprah (VIDEOS)

by MsUnderestimated — Categories: Bush-Bashing, Iraq, NYT, Politics In General, Video4 Comments

Well, is there anything about this that shocks you? The NYT’s Frank Rich was on Oprah today hawking his book “The Greatest Story Ever Sold: The Decline and Fall of Truth from 9/11 to Katrina.” The only thing that shocks me in Oprah’s audience is the support for the few who stand up and speak positively about the Administration and the troops. The show was called “Truth in America.” Great place and interviewee for that, huh?

Rich hits out on Katrina, Iraq, North Korea, and the othre usual suspects.

I’ll post more tomorrow, but it’s been a long day. I have to get some rest.

A Special Favor – Time to Think of Our Troops

by MsUnderestimated — Categories: Military, Military Support & Patriotism, War in IraqLeave a comment

Neal Boortz has a campaign going called “Merry Christmas for Marines.” Just go to his website and check it out.

Merry Christmas Marines!

I want to tell about a lady in Pennsylvania, her name is Patty Lewis. Her son is in the Marine Corp, stationed in Iraq. She has volunteered to be the Parents coordinator with his marine battalion stationed out in the desert between Ramadi and Fallajuh. 1100 guys are spread across the desert living in the small towns and villages.

These marines have been there for two months, they will be there until March. The average daily high temperature for the past month was 125 degrees. It is some very tough duty they are putting in. They don’t come back to base every day, they stay out in the rural areas at forward posts. And come back every couple of weeks for a couple of days of rest. These guys are the front lines in the war on terror.

Patty Lewis wants to do something special for Christmas. She wants to send every one of the 1100 men, a big fat Christmas stocking, filled with candy and snacks, but more importantly a lot of stuff they can really use. Foot pads in their boots, they are looking at special shooting glasses, maybe electronic games they can play when they are off patrol and resting at the outposts.

The bottom line is it will cost money. A lot of money. Foot pads for 1100 guys would be over $5000. Shooting glasses could be $100,000. She would like to tell these guys the stockings came from the people back home who support the troops.

We need the money right now to buy the stuff, get every stocking packed and have it all shipped before the Christmas rush. If you are willing to help give these guys a special Christmas, click the donate button and send what you can. Or, if you want to mail a check, make it out to “Mom 4 R Marines” and send it to:

Fox Chase Bank
Mom 4 R Marines
4390 Davisville Rd.
Hatboro, PA 19040

Please give to this worthy cause. Neal grew up a Marine brat, and he can’t be more sincere than he is about these things. It’s not too early to start thinking about these things, so start doing this/thinking about this now. Neal doesn’t come off like it but he has a very soft spot in his heart about our troops and is very passionatel

Merry Christmas early to all. Please pass this along to everyone who you might think would love to brighten a military serviceman or woman’s holidays this year. Folks they need it more than we do. Please do all you can to help. And tell Neal I sent ya, okay?

Love to ALL you guys!
