Please Help Catch Cop-Killer “Bucky” Phillips

h/t to Cao for this, although I’ve been trying to find a way to do this without breaking down and going all Rambo literary style on this scumbag. Since my fingers won’t allow anything but fire to come out over this asshole, I’m going to just show you Cao’s words. You don’t want to see or read mine. FCC censors don’t apply here, but my mind swirls with evil thoughts of vengeance on this one.

Ralph “Bucky” Phillips, is a native american, who escaped from the Alden Correctional Facility in Erie County, NY last April. Since his escape, Phillips has stolen food, clothes, weapons, ammunition and vehicles from unattended homes and hunting cabins in western New York. He has received assistance from family and friends in rural Chautauqua County, NY where he is currently believed to be in hiding. He has also shot 3 police officers, including one NY State Trooper who died yesterday. There is a $225,000 reward for information leading to PHILLIPS’ arrest.

What you can do:

– Most importantly, we ask that anyone who has any knowledge of the location of PHILLIPS to contact any barracks of the NY State Police and immediately report this information. We do not want to lose any more of our heroes.

– If you live or work in the northwestern Pennsylvania or western New York area, please print and prominently post the WANTED poster (PDF file) from this link.

Please keep the police officers in your thoughts and prayers. Any cards, letters and well wishes you would like to extend to the family of Trooper Longobardo (deceased) and to Trooper Baker and his family can be sent to:

Ralph “Bucky” PHILLIPS is a Native American and is reported to be part of the “Six Nations” Tribe who are also the protesters at Caledonia, Ontario Canada. Click HERE to learn more about the problems and threats to our national security.

These guys in Canada are protesting and occupying the land at a partially-built housing project in Caledonia since February. They claim the land was wrongfully taken from them over 200 years ago.

Since that wanted poster pretty much sucks, here are a couple of other images of Bucky.

Phillips is suspected of shooting Trooper Sean Brown near Elmira in southern New York this past June, and police said he has survived on the run by stealing about 15 vehicles and breaking into hunting camps and a gun shop.

Some in rural western New York had viewed the manhunt with amusement, but that changed after Thursday’s shootings.

“There has been a marked difference in the cooperation that we are receiving,” Bennett said.

Authorities say Phillips’ disdain for police was well known. He once allegedly left officials a note threatening “to splatter pig meat all over Chautauqua County.”

But state police said the threat now extended to the public.

“Clearly now, there can be no discussion about the fact that he is a dangerous person,” Bennett said, “and he’s a risk to everybody, law enforcement and non-law enforcement alike.”

At the state police barracks in Fredonia, Trooper Mark O’Donnell said Longobardo’s death did not change the way they viewed their mission to catch Phillips.

“You can’t be more determined,” O’Donnell said. “We were determined from the day he shot Sean Brown.”

About 100 state troopers attended a service for Longobardo on Sunday evening.

Damn…. just damn. Thank you, Cao, for doing this. I have been trying to for the past few days, and all I can manage to force out of my fingertips onto the keyboard is not very nice. Thanks for the voice of sanity for properly framing this. I will continue, however, to have my own “fantasy” of what I’d like to happen to Mr. Bucky. And, boy is it a satisfying one; not to Bucky, of course, but it damn sure is to me.

Please, if you’re in the northeast or wherever, Google this pond-scum’s name and get as many pictures as you can about him. If you see him, please alert authorities ASAP. This maggot needs to be UNDER the jail.

    Dear Mr Black:

    your inane rants and spiteful comments about police officers is, to out it bluntly, just plain STUPID. Equally ignorant is your lack of insight into medical care. Doctors that worked on the cop murdered (MURDERED!) by Phillips had to amputate his leg. That happens when the damage to the vascular system ("blood vessels") is too severe to salvage the leg. He was probably already in bad shape from blood loss and shock. but your comment that the doctor should be punished is again, STUPID.
    In your apparently overly tattooed, trailer dwelling, cop hating, Jerry Springer universe, all cops are lazy wife beating donut eating cartoon characters. IN THE REAL WORLD, things are different. Really Different. I am actually rather amazed you found your way onto MsU's blog site, as this is off the beaten path for hateful narrow minded wacky folks like yourself. BUT again, it seems rather likely that you have had several bad encounters with your local law enforcement agencies in the past, no doubt entirely their fault and you were just on your way home from bible study with the other guys.

    im not saying bucky shouldnt be punished.if they find him guilty of what they say. but the doctor that cut the cops leg off should be punished.he cut his leg off then the cop died. the guard that sounds like to me let bucky excape should be punished its all his fault.another thing does anyone ever think maybe bucky didnt wana shoot anyone. and they shot at him first so he shot back.ill tell you this if somewhone shot at me im gonna defend myself. but police are to quick to blow somewhone away.why did the last cops shoot at him and bucky didnt fire one shot.he just ran.i didnt know you had to be a awsome writer to post on youre site.i dont use writeing at all at my job so i dont care about it at all.anyway god bless all the americans that come in here.

They do nothing but ride around, eat, and try to screw innocent women. Providing that they can find their dick under there oversized donut belly. You sound like an oversized women yourself. Not everyone in the world is going to be simple minded like you and go against Bucky and what he stood for and did. Obviously you were a scared little mouse when Bucky was out on the run. Like I commented before I slept like a baby. No worries. Bucky wasn't out to hurt the public, he was out to hurt the police. They twisted it around stating that Bucky was desperate and was going to hurt the public. The police where the desperate one's. Answer this for me Ms. Understood.. What would happen if it was 200 Bucky's? Then where would your precious law enforcement get you? Look at the ratio 290 cops for one Bucky.. Now you have 200 Bucky's how many cops do you need now? That right there is why they are overpaid, they should make min. wage. Society should have been paid for helping them. They didn't get anywhere without the citizens help. The people that actually called and spotted Bucky leading to his capture don't even get the reward what a crock of shit! But that's how police are for yah. All talk no action. Unless there's donuts involved .. of course. My grandfather fought in the war for me to voice my opinion he sure in hell wasn't any rent a center cop. They got the job done and they didn't get paid shit. But the police get paid to do NOTHING. Thank god the cops don't fight for us in the war, they had trouble with one man.

    So make sure you read this and voice your same old shit. What are you 4yrs old, you can't come up with any other comments you keep repeated yourself. They have places for people like you.. it's called preschool and dunkin donuts.

    I also do not condone killers of any human being. If Bucky is found guilty of killing a police officer, he deserves to be hung by his you no what. I am not condoning Bucky's actions if he is indeed guilty of the charges against him. But we live in this wonderful country that the judicial system makes the judgement of whether someone is guilty or not guilty. The only problem with this country is everybody already has there opinion whether Bucky is guilty or not guilty before all the facts of the case are known. If there is one problem I have with the great US of A is that nobody can really get a fair trial because of the high publicity of most cases. Case in fact is Scott Peterson. Did he do it , I do not believe he did. But alot of people I talked to were telling me he was guilty before the case even went to trial. Judicial system definetly needs some work. I just wanted to tell Ms. U thank you for not deleting my posts and I meant no disrespect towards you by writing my opinion on your message board. Sorry if you feel I did disrespect you. Wasnt my intention. Take care.

    Look all I wanted to tell you was you started this blog but why do you not want to listen when people don't agree with you. And for the record as I said IF THE PROOF IS THERE THEN HE NEEDS TO BE FRIED IN THE CHAIR but we know that when anyone is made a fool of like the cops had to feel when he escaped (now that they say one of the guards heard the alarm going off but either did nothing or shut it off)the police will be looking for all kinds of charges to go on him.. Yes he is guillty of some maybe all but can we get the proof first. That is all I ever said. By the way you react to everyones post we don't have to come here or read it but everyone has the right to speak their mind so why are you so defensive. I do not approve of anyone killing police officers or anyone at all. If someone kills anyone they should have the same thing done to them then we won't have to worry about them doing it again. My friends tell me that I am too critical of people because I never usually give a second chance but that is because the proof is always enough to make me understand that they were scumbags who do not deserve a second chance. A NY cop screwed up by not checking when he heard the alarm and he got fired for that but then I wonder did he know what was going on and was scared to do anything or did he want to help him escape. You see things one way and I see it as never believe what you are reading or told unless you wrote it or saw it with your eyes. I have no argument with you but just wanted to state my feelings.     oh and one more thing i didnt lose any sleep when bucky was out. i slept like a baby and as for helping him .nope never helped him he didnt really need it by the looks of things.until they had to get 290 cops then the odds were against him but thats life .he will do his time does it ever cross anyones mind that some people like being in prison.he gets better medical than most people that work.he gets 3 meals and a bed to sleep in what a punishment.come on look at the picture here and im sure he enjoyed playing hide and seek with the cops.and you all get to pay for it all so i guess bucky has it bad lmoa so everyone pay taxes bucky cant wait for his steak dinner.and im sure he gets to lift weights so he gets an expense paid fitness center pass.but anyway.everyones entitled to thier own opinion.so you guys all have a good night.now that you feel safe because the cookie monsters in jail.oh one more thing our cops got bucky not ny.the pa ones did it.its funny pa cops got him not ny.but ny is badass.lmao

And for "his" having lots of "inside information"...great...taht probably translates into him having been one of the DIPSHIT locals that where helping Mr. Phillips elude police, and or assisting him in his ALLEGED/HIGHLY likely robbing/stealing/scaring the good folks of Western NY.

    i totally agree with the 2 of you .and as 2 you misunderestimated i would never ever wana be a cop.im not a petty felon like bucky.but i have changed my life and yes cops do think they are god sometimes and they take thier power to far.they are not all they are cracked out to be look how many it took to get bucky.and they didnt get him he gave up.you ever see just one cop take in a person hell no they need backup.unless they are takeing in a woman.what would you do if they took youre grand children or children.what bucky did took balls.something our country lacks.now everyone that helped him gets arrested because the cops had to do more to find him wow they actually had to work for thier money.and thats a crime so now somewhone has to pay.you no what about the dying part nowhone makes a big deal about the people that die in war but boy let a cop get shot and holy shit.they are a dime a dozen no differant than the criminals they lock up.they are just as crooked but they wear a badge.there will be more buckys to come always remember that there always has been.well everyone have a good one oh and miss if you are a cop go eat some donuts.

    Ok, I found this site by searching for info on Bucky and boy did some of the posts really seem to me that nobody cares that the only proven fact against him is him escaping jail and running from the law and stealing things.
    As far as any of the shootings are concerned do they have any proof or any people who saw this or because he escaped do they assume it was him. How do they know it wasn't some other wanted person shooting because now they can shoot cops and guess who would get the blame Bucky would. If they have enough proof that he did it then I say fry his butt but show me the proof don't expect us to believe what they say without proof. Nobody hurt civilians except the cops who were searching for Bucky.. I do not know Bucky or any of the officers involved but do have lots of friends and a relative who are employed by the state police and the correction facilities but we are still innocent until proven guilty so please remember other people could of done the shootings trying to help confuse police or just because they are sick people. There are good cops and bad cops just like us normal people we are all different and try to do our best but not everyone feels the same. I wish if Bucky did not shoot the officers that whoever did it gets caught, but I doubt that they are even looking for any other suspects as they got the one who made the police look like fools in their eyes and now he will pay for everything that has happened even if he should be innocent of some of the charges. Isn't America wonderful. I hope he gets a fair trial but with every post or interview I have read I don't think that is possible.

    MS. U I can answer your questions!!!!

    1) Nope but have 2 best friends who are State Troopers.
    2)Yea Bucky had a couple of Burgularys, and a couple drug charges. Hardly lethal or a dangerous felon.
    3)I know Dale Van Flack drives home drunk from downtown Fredonia every Friday and Saturday night. I also witnessed him hit a parked car on a drunken binge and get let go by the Fredonia Police Department. Mark Brooker Westfield Police Department beats his wife Connie and gets away with it. I could go on and on with cops in that area who break the law.
    4)Everyone pays taxes. Cops dont deserve raises in that area.
    5)I know alot of cops who could care a less about protecting people from SCUM. They are arrogant people who like to take advantage of there authority.
    6)Everybody dies and I will live a long prosperous life.
    7)It's obvious that you are a law enforcement officer who has blinders on!!! There is good and bad in every career field including COPS. So dont give me your SHIT that COPS do no wrong, if you believe that then your obviously the one that needs an education.

    5) Cops choose the job because it makes a difference in peoples' lives and they're worth protecting from scum. Plus, how could you force someone to take a job where they would risk their lives for $10 to $15 an hour starting pay around the country?
    6) You may think that dying is no big deal, but thank you very much, I'll stay alive as long as I can.
    7) It's obvious to me that you probably got denied a job as a law enforcement officer; most notably due to your lack of education. That is evident in your lack of writing skills.

    its funny how it took 280 cops to get one person.and the cops can do whatever they want break any law they want to get him and i pay my tax money for this.they didnt get him he turned himself in.its just sad with that many cops it took a few months to get him what law enforcement we have. another thing people die everyday thats life you pick youre life they chose that job nowhone forced them.when i pass on the world wont make a big deal about it big deal we all are gonna die thats the only thing thats guranteed when you are born.i dont support bucky or not support him he did nothing to me.

    hey anonymous: The (feds)FBI is involved. State Troopers from NYS and PA, lots of city and other municipal police agencies involved as well.
    Lets see...if they were searching a lost 5 y/o (seems to be almost your insight level) in the woods and forest of that region, and had all that manpower, it would still be damn hard. How about a murderous scum felon, aided by idiots, armed and dangerous and deliberately hiding in the forest?
    Part of the problem is that State and Federal cant go onto Native American Sovereign lands ("indian reservations", having no authority, and I have not heard too much about the NA Police involvement, but am sure they are on the side of civilization and right.

    AND... I live in this area, he is all over the local news.
    Part of the damn problem is the bullsh$t folk hero status he seemed to have with some of the white trash trailer dwelling knuckleheads that were helping him hide/steal/kill. He is NOT some cute cartoon squirrel named "Bucky" trying to outrun hunters. He is a escaped felon nutcase, who has apparently no scruples about killing like a coward, shooting two men in the back. Men who have taken jobs acting to protect the citizens and residents of NYS, as well as both being in the Guard and Reserve "in spare time."

    GaLady is right..this weasel needs to be UNDER a jail somewhere.

    Why hasnt he been caught???
    This is the big question lately. Are the troopers doing all they can? Are they receiving any help from federal agencies? If not, why not?
    My understanding is that the Troopers are spending millions in overtime but refusing federal help.
    The top brass at MY State Police needs to suck it up and supress all their pride. one of their own has died. How many more will have to die before they admit they cant catch this moron on their own?

    Thanks. I am uh...a little obsessed over this situation. It brings together several of my passions in one story. This guy is reportedly a Seneca indian, from the Six Nations aka the Iroquois, or the ho dee noe sho nee. Because of that, he's connected to all of these: the Mohawks, Oneidas, Onondagas, Cayugas, and Senecas and Tuscaroras. In early August they were pursuing him on the Tuscarora reservation, and I have no doubt that certain factions from AIM are helping him evade capture.
